What emails does Legiit Leads send me, and can I turn them off?

Every email meant for you goes to your Login Email, the address in the Your Account card in Settings.

Emails about your account

• Your first campaign is ready, once, after the onboarding wizard's first search finishes.
• Your trial converts soon, a day or two before your free trial becomes a paid plan.
• The monthly ROI receipt, once a month.
• The welcome email a team member or sub-account gets when you add them. That one goes to them, not to you.
• The morning pipeline digest, once a day.
• Your search results as a CSV attachment, but only when you ask for them. See How do I get my search results emailed to me as a CSV?

Alerts about a prospect

• A prospect is reading their audit right now.
• A reply arrived and wants an answer within the hour.
• Reply Autopilot answered an interested reply for you.
• A prospect booked a call, plus a reminder about two hours before it.
• Somebody filled in your branded audit link.
• A prospect accepted your proposal.

Emails about fulfillment and clients

• Your Legiit marketplace orders: a seller message, a delivery, a cancellation or a dispute.
• Delivery Autopilot green lights, when a re-check verifies a fix is live.
• Your $50 first fulfillment credit.
• A client's monthly report is ready.
• Upsell Radar found new work at a client.
• Review Guard spotted a bad review.

What they all look like

Every one of these uses the same layout, so you can spot it at a glance: the Legiit Leads name at the top, a white card with the message, and in most of them one purple button that opens the right page in the app. At the bottom is a small line reading Sent by Legiit Leads with a Notification settings link that opens your Settings page.

If you hit reply on one of them, your reply goes to our support team at help@legiit.com, never to a prospect. Emails Legiit Leads sends on your behalf to a prospect or client work the other way round: those come back to you. See What emails do my prospects and clients receive from Legiit Leads?

Turning them off

The morning pipeline digest is the only one with its own switch:

1. Click Settings in the sidebar and find the Your Agency card.
2. Untick Send me the morning pipeline digest (follow-ups due, prospects reading, market alerts).
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Settings.

One more follows a tick box you already control. Untick Reply Autopilot in the Outreach Autopilot card in Settings and the AI stops answering interested replies for you, so the notice that it answered one stops too. Report Autopilot works the other way round: unticking it on a client stops that client's monthly report being emailed to them, and you still get your own report is ready email. Everything else arrives only when the thing that triggers it happens, and there is no way to switch it off. The reading alert stops once you move that lead to Won or Lost, and you will get at most one per lead every 6 hours.
