What emails do my prospects and clients receive from Legiit Leads?

The emails they can receive

• A booking confirmation, when a prospect books a call from your proof page. It gives the day, time and call length, names the Your Name you set in the Your Agency card in Settings, and your Company Name if you have set one, and carries a calendar invite as an attachment. If they hit reply, the reply goes to your login email address.
• A reminder about two hours before the call, saying who the call is with.
• Their website report, titled Your website report for their business name, when they fill in your branded audit link and ask for the full report. It says it was prepared by your company and has a View My Full Report button that opens their proof page. Replies come back to you. • A monthly client report, titled Your month and year results from your company name, with the month's summary, the verified wins, the measured numbers and a View My Live Dashboard button that opens their client portal. It only goes out on its own when you have ticked Report Autopilot for that client and filled in their email, otherwise you send it yourself. • A welcome email, when you add a team member or a SaaS Mode sub-account. It has a Set My Password button so they can set their own login.

Your cold outreach is separate

Nothing you write to a cold lead is ever sent by Legiit Leads itself.

• With Outreach Autopilot connected and Auto-Send switched on, approved emails go out through the mailbox you connected, from your own address and your own domain.
• With Auto-Send off, approving a draft sends nothing at all. You copy the email, send it from Gmail, Outlook or your own mail app, then click Mark As Sent so the lead's record is right.

Good to know

The emails in the list above name you, your Your Name or your Company Name in the text, but they are sent by the platform rather than from your mailbox, so the address they arrive from is not yours. Legiit Leads sets the reply address to your login email on the ones meant for you to answer, so a prospect who replies to a booking confirmation or an audit report reaches you.

None of these are marketing emails. A prospect who has done nothing with you, and a lead sitting in a search result, never receives anything at all.
