What is the "Your trial converts soon" email?
It is a recap sent while you are on the 7 day free trial, about one to two days before the trial converts to the paid plan you chose. It adds up what the trial has already produced and reminds you that all of it stays in your account when the plan starts. The button, labelled Open Your Pipeline, takes you to your Dashboard.
What it says
The subject line is Your trial converts soon. Here's what it already found.
The body lists, for your trial so far:
- How many searches you ran.
- How many leads you have.
- How many live audits were run.
- How many AI-written emails were drafted.
- An amount of estimated sellable pipeline.
It then says that all of it stays right where it is when your plan starts, and shows an Open Your Pipeline button.
About the pipeline figure
The pipeline amount is an estimate worked out from your leads' opportunity scores, not money anyone has agreed to pay you. It is there to show the size of what the trial turned up, not to forecast revenue.
What happens at the end of the trial
Your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Cancelling is done through Manage Billing under Your Plan in Settings, which opens the Stripe billing portal.
Settings shows your plan with the words free trial next to it, but there is no countdown or end date in the app. To see the exact date, open Manage Billing.
The email only goes to accounts that are still on the trial, is sent at most once a day, and goes out in the morning US time. If you cancelled or moved to a paid plan already, you will not get it. See How does the 7 day free trial work and when does it end?
