What is the "$50 credited to your account" email?

Fulfillment and Client Emails · Updated September 23, 2026

It is the email that confirms we approved your first fulfillment credit claim. The $50 goes onto your Legiit Leads billing balance and comes off your next invoice automatically, so there is nothing else for you to do. It is a credit on your own subscription, not a refund on the Legiit order.

How the claim gets to us

  1. Win the deal and get the work ordered, either from the ordering panel on the won deal or by clicking Mark Ordered on Legiit after ordering on the marketplace yourself.
  2. The green box First fulfillment on us: claim your $50 credit appears on that deal.
  3. Paste the Legiit order number or the order link into the box and click Claim $50.
  4. The box changes to Your $50 first-fulfillment credit claim is being reviewed while we check the order reference.

What the email says

The subject is Your first fulfillment is on us: $50 credited and the heading inside is $50 credited to your account. It says your first Legiit fulfillment credit is approved, that $50 sits on your billing balance and applies to your next invoice automatically, and congratulates you on the win. There is no button, because nothing needs clicking.

At the same time the box on the deal changes to Your $50 first-fulfillment credit was applied to your billing balance.

Good to know

  • It is one claim per account, ever. A second attempt answers You've already claimed your first-fulfillment credit.
  • The claim needs a won lead with the Legiit order marked on it. Without that you get Mark the Legiit order on a won lead first.
  • The Claim $50 button stays greyed out until you have typed at least 3 characters of the order number or link.
  • The credit lands on your Legiit Leads billing balance and is taken off your next Legiit Leads invoice. It does not reduce what you paid the Legiit seller.
  • If a claim is not approved, the box on the deal says so and points any questions to help@legiit.com.
  • If you are on a retired Lifetime plan you have no future invoice for the balance to come off. Write to help@legiit.com and we will sort it out.
