What is the Upsell Radar email?

Fulfillment and Client Emails · Updated September 23, 2026Agency Pro

When a client's monthly measurement turns up new, verified problems that the services they already buy do not cover, Legiit Leads emails you a list of them with a suggested price against each one. It arrives alongside that client's monthly report, at the login address on your account. Clients are part of Client Command, so this needs Agency Pro or Agency Empire.

When it arrives

It goes out whenever that month's report is built, by the monthly run or when you click Build This Month's Report yourself, and only when the measurement actually found something new. It also needs a previous measurement to compare against, so the very first report for a new client never raises upsells. If nothing new appeared, no email is sent and there is nothing wrong.

What is in it

The subject is a light bulb, then Upsell: the number of new issues and the client's name, for example Upsell: 2 new issues at their business name. One issue reads "1 new issue".

Inside, a line explains that this month's re-measurement found new, verified problems that are not covered by what they already buy, then a bullet for each one. Each bullet is the problem in bold and, when the service that fixes it has a price in our catalogue, suggested price and the figure, converted into your workspace currency and rounded to a sensible number. The closing line reminds you the evidence is already in their monthly report. The Open the Client button opens that client's page.

What counts as a new issue

A problem that shows up in this month's measurement and was not there in the previous one, and that none of the services in Services they already buy on the client's setup card cover. The match is on the service name, so "SEO" on that list covers "On-Page SEO" and stops it being offered back to you.

Good to know

  • The same list of opportunities sits on the client's monthly report, so nothing depends on the email arriving.
  • The email goes to you only. Your client never receives it, and it is not part of what they see in their portal.
  • Keeping Services they already buy up to date is what stops the radar suggesting work they are already paying you for.
