What is the "Your first campaign is ready" email I got after signing up?

When it is sent

You fill in the wizard, click Find My First Leads, and the search runs in the background while you look around the app. When the search finishes, Legiit Leads picks the top 5 leads that have an email address, drafts a 3-touch sequence for each and publishes their proof pages. The email goes out after that work is done, so it usually arrives a few minutes after signup rather than instantly.

What is in it

The subject line is Your first campaign is ready: N leads, N pitches drafted, with the number of leads the search found and the number of sequences that were written.

Inside you get:

• One line saying how many leads were found for your niche and city, and that every website was audited live.
• A list of the leads that were pitched. Each one shows the business name, its score, a note that a 3-touch sequence is drafted, and a live proof page link you can open yourself.
• The Open the Outreach Queue button, which opens your queue so you can read the first pitch and approve it.

Opening one of those links counts as an open on that lead, the same as if the business had clicked it, and it can send you a reading their audit alert. To look without counting it, open the lead in the app and use Preview. See Does my own Preview of a lead's proof page count as an open?

Good to know

This email is only sent when at least one sequence was actually drafted. If the search found no leads with an email address on their site, nothing was there to pitch and no email goes out, but the search itself is still saved and you can open it from your search history.

Nothing was sent to any of those businesses. The sequences are drafts sitting in your Outreach Queue waiting for you to approve them.
