What emails do I get about my Legiit marketplace orders?

Fulfillment and Client Emails · Updated September 23, 2026

Once you have connected your Legiit account and placed an order from a won deal, the marketplace tells Legiit Leads what happens to that order and you get an email about it. There are four: the seller posted a message, the work was delivered, the order was cancelled, or the order went into dispute. They all go to the login email on your account.

The four emails

A seller message. The subject is a speech bubble, then The seller posted on your Legiit order. The body names the service and the order number and shows the start of the message when the marketplace passes it along. Replying happens on Legiit itself, so the Open The Order Chat button takes you to the order on Legiit.

A delivery. The subject is a parcel, then Delivered: and the service you ordered. The body tells you to review it in Legiit Leads on the lead's Fulfillment Bridge, then hit Accept Delivery or Request Revision, and warns that unreviewed orders complete on their own after the marketplace's timer. The Review The Delivery button opens your Pipeline, where the seller's note and any attached files are waiting on the deal.

A cancellation. The subject is Legiit order cancelled: and the service. The body points you at the order page for the reason and at your Legiit wallet for any refund, and the Open The Order button opens that order.

A dispute. The subject is a warning sign, then Legiit order disputed: and the service. Disputes are handled on the Legiit order page, which is where the Open The Order button sends you.

Good to know

These emails cover orders that exist in Legiit Leads, which means orders you placed from the Order On Legiit From Here panel on a won deal. An order you placed yourself on the marketplace is not tracked here, so it sends no email.

The order's new status is saved on the deal whether or not the email reaches you. If an email never lands, nothing is lost: open the deal in your Pipeline and the Fulfillment Bridge shows the order's current state, the seller's delivery note and the buttons for it.

Acting on a delivery is not urgent only because of the email. It is urgent because of the marketplace's own timer, which completes an order you never reviewed.
