What is the morning pipeline digest and how do I turn it off?

Your Emails at a Glance · Updated September 23, 2026

The morning pipeline digest is one email a day, titled Your pipeline this morning, that lists who read their audit, which follow-ups are due, any fresh market alerts and how much verified pipeline you have not contacted yet. It is sent during the 12:00 UTC hour, which is 8am US Eastern in summer and 7am in winter. It is on for every new account, and it is the one Legiit Leads email with its own off switch.

What is in it

The subject line is Your pipeline this morning: followed by the number of follow-ups due and the number of prospects reading. Inside is a short list, in this order:

  • Up to 3 prospects who opened their proof page in the last 24 hours, each with the number of opens so far.
  • Up to 5 follow-ups that are due, each with the day number, the business name and the subject line of the email that is waiting.
  • Up to 3 alerts raised in the last 24 hours by your monitored territories.
  • The estimated value of your uncontacted pipeline, in your currency, and how many leads that covers. It counts leads you have not contacted yet that have an email address.

At the bottom is an Open Legiit Leads button. It opens your Outreach Queue, which is where you approve the follow-ups the email just listed.

When it arrives, and when it does not

It is sent during the 12:00 UTC hour, which is 8am US Eastern in summer and 7am in winter. It is sent at most once a day: once that day's digest has gone out, no second copy follows.

It is skipped completely on a day when there is nothing worth an email, meaning no follow-ups due, nobody reading their audit, no fresh market alerts and no uncontacted leads. A quiet morning with no digest is normal and does not mean anything is broken.

How to turn it off

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Find the Your Agency card.
  3. Untick Send me the morning pipeline digest (follow-ups due, prospects reading, market alerts).
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Settings. If you leave the page before saving, the tick comes back.

Tick the box again and save to start it up. Turning the digest off changes nothing else: your instant alerts, client emails and monthly receipt carry on.

The same lists sit on your Dashboard all day in the Today panel, so switching the digest off does not hide anything from you. See What is the Today panel on the Dashboard?
