What are the Delivery Autopilot "green light" emails?

When the watching starts

It starts when the deal is marked as ordered: either you placed the order from the panel on the won deal, or you clicked Mark Ordered on Legiit after ordering on the marketplace yourself. The audit already on file at that moment becomes the before picture that every re-check is measured against.

The green light email

The subject is a green tick, then Fixed at the business name and the problem that just cleared. If more than one problem cleared in the same check, the subject names the first one and adds the number of the others, such as (+2 more) when three cleared together, and the body names them all, with a nudge to tell your client before they even ask.

The Open the Delivery Page Link button opens that deal in your Pipeline. The public before and after page your client can watch is the Copy Client Delivery Page button on the deal itself.

Each problem is only reported once. A later re-check that still shows it fixed does not email you again.

The completion email

When every problem detected at the start has gone, the subject is a chequered flag, then the business name and every ordered fix is verified live. The body confirms that all originally detected problems are verified fixed on the live site, that a work complete email with a testimonial ask and a next step is drafted on the lead, and that the before and after page now shows every green light. The button is Open the Lead.

That draft sits in the Delivery Autopilot box on the deal, under Work-complete email drafted, with a Copy Email button. Nothing is sent to your client for you. Read it, change what you want, and send it from your own inbox.

Good to know

• The re-checks run in small batches every hour, so one can land a little later than 48 hours. The Delivery Autopilot box on the deal shows the exact time of the last check and how many fixes are verified so far.
• The re-checks happen whether or not the emails reach you, so the deal and the before and after page always show the current picture.
• Once a deal is complete the watching stops, and the box says every originally detected problem is verified fixed, with the date.
• The re-check also refreshes that lead's problem list, evidence and score, so the drawer, the proof page and the delivery page all tell the same story.
