What do I see when I open a lead?

Opening a Lead · Updated September 22, 2026

Click any row in your search results, or any card on your Pipeline, and the lead drawer opens on the right with everything Legiit Leads knows about that business. The header at the top tells you who the business is and how to reach it, and the sections below it run from your outreach history down to fulfilment. Click the dark area beside the drawer, or the in its top corner, to close it.

The header

The header stays pinned at the top while you scroll. It shows:

  • The business name, then its opportunity score badge, its status pill and, when the lead qualifies, the 🏆 Closes like a winner chip.
  • The category and address.
  • A contact line: the phone number, the website (click it to open the site), a Google Maps link, the first email address with (verified) or (unverified) after it, the star rating with the review count in brackets, and ✎ Edit Details to correct the name, contact, email or phone. Anything the lead does not have, such as a phone number or a rating, is simply left out.
  • The status buttons New, Contacted, Replied, Won and Lost. The current status is dark. Click another one to change it by hand.
  • While the lead is New, a purple + Add To Pipeline button puts it on your Pipeline board. Once it is there, the button becomes a ✓ In Pipeline tag.
