How do I read the results table?

The columns

• Score: the lead's opportunity score. The badge is green at 75 or more, amber from 50 to 74 and grey below 50. See How is the opportunity score worked out?
• Business: the business name, with its website underneath (shown without http:// or www.), or no website when there is none. If the AI check ran, AI ✗ means the business was not named when an AI assistant was asked for the best in this market, and AI ✓ means it was.
• Contact: the first email address found on the website. A green ✓ after it means the address passed the mail-server check. With no email, you see the phone number instead, or a dash.
• Rating: the Google star rating with the number of reviews in brackets, for example ★ 4.6 (38), or a dash when there is none. A #N badge shows where the website ranks in Google's regular results for this search: green for the top 10, amber below that.
• Problems Detected: the problems found on this business, explained below.
• Status: the lead's stage, which reads New, Contacted, Replied, Won or Lost. Leads still marked New that are not on your Pipeline board yet also show a + Pipeline button.

The Problems Detected pills

• Each pill is one problem found on the business, from its Google listing, the live website audit or the AI check, written as a short label such as Slow load time or No website. Hover over a pill to read what it means.
• Purple pills are problems you selected for this search. Grey pills are extras you did not search for.
• Up to 4 pills fit on a row, followed by +N for the rest. Open the lead to see them all under Detected Problems.
• Findings the audit could not verify are never shown as pills or counted in the score. They are listed in the lead panel under Worth a look, not verified. See Why does a lead appear without the problem I searched for?
• A problem you removed with Something not accurate? in the lead panel stays off the row, even after the website is checked again.
• On a list uploaded with Resurrect a List, a website that no longer answers shows a dead site pill.

Good to know

The table appears as soon as the first lead is in, and keeps itself sorted by score while the search runs. Changes you make in the lead panel, such as editing the business details or removing a finding, show on the row straight away.
