How do I share or preview a lead's proof page?

Steps

1. Open the lead from your search results or from the Pipeline.
2. Scroll to the Proof Page (public, white-label) section.
3. Click Preview to open the page in a new browser tab.
4. Click Copy Link to copy the link. The button reads ✓ Copied for about a second and a half, then changes back.
5. Paste the link into your email, text or DM to the prospect.

How the link works

• Each lead has one proof link. It is made the first time it is needed (for example when you first click Preview or Copy Link, or when the AI writes an email for the lead), and the lead keeps that same report code for good. The address in front of it follows your current domain, so links you copied before verifying your own domain still point at the Legiit Leads address.
• The page is not a snapshot. When it is opened, the website checks run again live (at most once every 10 minutes), so the prospect sees current results. See Why do the checks re-run when someone opens the proof page?
• If you have verified your own domain under White Label in Settings (Agency Pro and Agency Empire), the link uses your domain instead of the Legiit Leads address. See How do I set up my own domain for my public pages?

AI emails add the link for you

You do not need to paste the link into AI-written outreach yourself:

• A cold email written with AI gets the link at the end as a P.S.: P.S. I put everything we found in a live report you can check yourself: followed by the link.
• A 3-touch sequence carries the link in the day 0 email. If the AI or your template has not already placed it there, the same P.S. is added.
• Your own templates can use {proof_link}, which fills in with this lead's link. See What do the {placeholders} in email templates mean?

Good to know

• Opening the page with Preview is not counted as the prospect opening it. If you open the copied link yourself in a browser, that visit is counted.
• When the prospect opens the page, the section shows 👀 Opened with the number of opens and the date of the last one. See How do I know when a prospect opened their proof page?
