What is the Closes like a winner chip on a lead?

What you will see

When you open a lead, the chip sits in the header beside the business name, the score and the status. It reads 🏆 Closes like a winner · 2 of 3 winning traits, with the numbers filled in for that lead:

• The first number is how many winning traits this lead has.
• The second number is how many traits count as winning traits across the platform right now.

Hover over the chip to see each trait the lead matches, in this form: Has a phone number (N% win rate vs M% baseline).

The 4 traits it looks at

• Has a phone number: the lead has a phone number.
• Has an email address: the lead has at least one email address. It does not need the (verified) mark from the mail-server check.
• 3+ verified problems: 3 or more problems under Detected Problems. Items in the Worth a look, not verified box do not count.
• Rating under 4.0: the Google star rating is below 4.0. A lead with no rating does not count.

How a trait becomes a winning trait

1. Legiit Leads counts every lead on the platform, across all accounts, and works out the baseline: the share of leads that are marked Won. Only counts are used, never names.
2. For each of the 4 traits, it works out the win rate among leads that have that trait.
3. A trait becomes a winning trait only when at least 30 leads have it and its win rate is at least 1.2 times the baseline.
4. The chip shows only when the lead matches 2 or more winning traits.

The figures can be up to 1 hour old.

Good to know

• Before the platform reaches 30 won deals, no lead shows the chip.
• If fewer than 2 traits qualify as winning traits, no lead can show the chip.
• It is a pattern across the platform, not a promise about this business. It does not change the lead's opportunity score.
• The chip appears only inside the app. It is never shown on the prospect's proof page.
