What are the service cards under Fulfill on Legiit on a lead?

The live marketplace cards

These are real services currently listed on the Legiit marketplace, matched to the first problem under Detected Problems. A card can show:

• the service image
• the service title
• the seller's name, with a small purple badge showing their Legiit seller level
• a star with the service's rating, followed by its number of reviews in brackets
• the service's price on Legiit, shown as US$

Each field comes straight from the Legiit listing. If Legiit does not supply one (for example, no image or no reviews yet), the card simply leaves it off. To see how the services are picked, read How does Legiit Leads choose the live marketplace services?

The catalog cards

Below the live cards is a list from Legiit Leads' own service catalog. It works down the lead's problems in the order they are listed, so it covers more than the first one. Each service is listed once, up to 6 in total, so on a lead with a long list of problems the last ones may not get a card. Each card shows:

• the service name with an arrow. It links to a Legiit category or search page, where you choose a seller.
• Fixes: followed by the problem it fixes, named as in Detected Problems.
• Charge: a suggested price to quote your client, in your currency.
• Legiit ~US$: the rough cost of buying the work on Legiit.
• your approximate profit, in green.

For example, in a US dollar workspace a weak rankings lead can show Managed SEO Services with a charge of $1,000, a Legiit cost of about US$350 and about $650 profit.

Why Legiit prices stay in US dollars

The Legiit marketplace bills in US dollars, so live prices and Legiit costs are always shown as US$, with no conversion. The Charge and profit use the Currency you chose in Settings. If your Currency is US dollars, the Charge is the catalog's suggested price as it stands. If you chose another currency, the Charge and profit are converted from the US dollar suggestion at a rough rate and rounded to a clean price point (to the nearest 5, 10 or 25, depending on the amount) so they read like a real quote. Treat them as estimates.

What clicking a card does

Any card opens the Legiit page in a new tab. The link is tagged so Legiit knows the visit came from Legiit Leads, and the click is logged against the lead. Nothing is ordered and nothing is charged. To order the work, see What is the Fulfillment Bridge on a won deal?

Good to know

• The section shows on every lead, whatever its status. When you mark a lead Won, the Fulfillment Bridge appears underneath it.
• If no service matches the lead's problems (in practice, when the lead has no detected problems), the section reads No mapped services for this lead's signals.
