What can I do with a lead that has no email address in the Queue?

What still works

• ✦ Draft 3-Touch Sequence drafts the emails as usual. The AI writes from the lead's audit, not its address.
• Edit the text and click Save Edits, or click Skip Touch to drop one email.
• Approve + Copy approves the email and copies its subject and text to your clipboard. Once it is approved, the button reads Copy Text.
• Where the Gmail, Outlook and Mail App buttons would be, you see No email address for this lead yet: copy the text to send it another way, or run Hunt Owner in the Pipeline.

Steps

1. In the Outreach Queue, click Show Them Anyway in the Showing N of your M leads line, then find the lead with ← Prev and Next →. You can also open the lead in the Pipeline and click Draft Emails In Queue (or Open Drafts In Queue).
2. If it has no sequence yet, click ✦ Draft 3-Touch Sequence.
3. Edit the draft, then click Approve + Copy.
4. Send the text yourself, outside Legiit Leads.
5. Back in the Queue, click Mark As Sent in the Approved, not sent. box. This records the email on the lead's activity trail and moves a lead that was not contacted yet to Contacted in your Pipeline.

Good to know

• Approving still counts toward your daily approval allowance, even without an address.
• Outreach Autopilot will not send to this lead. With Autopilot on and a working mailbox, the box says it will not send it because this lead has no email address.
• With Autopilot on and a working mailbox, approved emails count as handled. Once all of this lead's emails are approved, it leaves the Queue when you move on, so click Mark As Sent before Next →, or reopen it later from the Pipeline.
• Show Them Anyway resets when the page reloads, so no-email leads are hidden again next time.

Other routes

• Call Mode lists your open leads that have a phone number, and puts leads with no email address right after leads whose proof page was opened in the last 24 hours.
• 🎯 Hunt Owner, in the lead's details in the Pipeline, looks for the decision-maker on the lead's website. If it finds their email address, that becomes the sending address.
• ✎ Edit Details lets you type in an address you found yourself. It is checked against its mail server when you save.

Once the lead has an address, it shows in the Queue on its own while it has emails waiting, and the Gmail, Outlook and Mail App buttons come back.
