How many emails can I approve and send per day?

Approving and Sending · Updated September 22, 2026

You can approve 20 emails a day in your first week, 40 a day in your second week, 75 a day in your third week, and 100 a day after that, counted from the day of your first approval. This allowance belongs to your whole workspace, and Outreach Autopilot keeps to the same daily number for what it sends, on top of each connected mailbox's own daily cap.

The ramp

  • Week 1: 20 a day
  • Week 2: 40 a day
  • Week 3: 75 a day
  • Week 4 onwards: 100 a day

The weeks start from the moment you first approve an email, and until then the allowance is 20. Every email you approve counts once, so approving all 3 emails of one lead's sequence uses 3. Copying or opening an email you already approved does not count again, and neither does skipping one.

Team members on your seats share your allowance, and connecting another mailbox does not restart the ramp.

The Today's send ramp line

The line at the top of the Outreach Queue reads 📬 Today's send ramp, with figures like 12 / 40 approvals · 5 sent today · 3 by Autopilot:

  • approvals: emails approved today, against today's allowance. The bar fills as you approve.
  • sent today: sequence emails that actually went out today, Autopilot's sends plus the ones you marked sent.
  • by Autopilot: how many of those Autopilot sent.

When you reach the allowance, the line turns red and reads 🛑 Daily ramp allowance reached, with a note that pushing past the ramp is how new domains land in spam and that the governor will ask before letting you override.

If Autopilot has approved emails waiting while your Sending Hours are closed, the line also says when it resumes.

When the day resets

The count resets at midnight in your Sending Hours time zone, and the red note says which zone. If you have never saved your own Sending Hours, the day runs on UTC. See how to set Sending Hours.

When you hit the allowance

Approving another email shows a send governor message and asks Approve anyway? Cancel keeps it as a draft. OK approves it anyway. See overriding the send governor.

How Autopilot uses it

Outreach Autopilot (Agency Pro and Agency Empire) stops sending for the day once its sends reach your daily allowance. Each connected mailbox also has its own limit, set in Daily cap for this mailbox when you connect it: between 5 and 100, and 30 if you leave it blank. Autopilot sends from the mailbox with the most room left, and when every mailbox has reached its cap it waits for the next day. See mailbox caps and rotation.

Does Legiit Leads warm up my inbox?

No. There is no warm-up network and no automatic warm-up emails. The words warm-up ramp enforced on the Outreach Autopilot card in Settings mean this daily allowance. If you want inbox warm-up, you need a separate tool.

The Deliverability Guardian at the top of the Queue also shows a volume ramp after you click Check DNS: week 1, 10 to 20 a day; week 2, 30 to 40; week 3, 50 to 75; then under about 100 a day per inbox. That line is advice only. It does not change your allowance, and a failed DNS check does not pause the Queue or stop Autopilot. See how to check your sending domain.

The send governor and the Deliverability Guardian are included on every plan.
