What is Call Mode and which leads show up in it?

Hot Leads and Call Mode · Updated September 22, 2026

Call Mode is the phone lane in the sidebar. It shows your leads one at a time with a tap-to-call number, a 30-second opener and a Voicemail script built from that lead's verified problems, a call brief, and one-tap buttons to log how the call went. It lists every open lead with a phone number, hottest first.

Which leads show up

Every lead in your account, from all your searches, that has a phone number and is not marked won or lost. They are sorted in this order:

  1. Leads whose proof page was opened in the last 24 hours.
  2. Leads with no email address, since the phone is the only way to reach them.
  3. Highest score.

The list holds up to 100 leads and is built when you open Call Mode. A lead with no phone number never appears; you can add one with ✎ Edit Details in the lead panel.

What you see for each lead

  • Call 1 of 24 at the top, with an amber NO EMAIL tag ("phone is the only door") when the lead has no email address. On the right, 2 logged this session counts the calls you have logged since you opened the page.
  • The business name, category, city, Google rating and review count, and score.
  • A big green button with the phone number. On a phone it opens your dialer; on a computer it opens whichever app handles phone links.
  • 30-second opener: asks for the owner by first name when Owner Hunter found one, then names up to 2 verified problems. It picks from Google's speed score, a "Not Secure" warning, a homepage that takes over 3.5 seconds to load, the business missing from AI assistants' answers and having no website, then falls back to the lead's detected problems. Say your name where it reads {your name}.
  • Voicemail: names the top problem, offers to text or email the report and ends with {your number}, where you give your callback number.
  • 📋 Generate Call Brief, or 📋 Show Call Brief once one is ready. See how to generate a call brief.
  • An optional note box and the outcome buttons No Answer, Gatekeeper, Callback Later, 🔥 Interested and Not Interested. One click logs the call and moves to the next lead. See how to log a call outcome.
  • Skip without logging → moves to the next lead without recording anything.

When you reach the end

After the last lead the page reads Session done: 5 calls logged. Every lead you did not mark Not Interested (which moves it to Lost) is back in the list the next time you open Call Mode. If none of your open leads has a phone number, the page reads No callable leads right now. See why Call Mode has no leads.

If you skip every lead without logging a call, the end screen also reads No callable leads right now. Reload the page to start the list again.
