Why are leads without an email address hidden from the Outreach Queue, and how do I show them?

Why they are hidden

• The Approve + Gmail, Approve + Outlook and Approve + Mail App buttons need an address to send to, so a lead without one only gets Approve + Copy.
• Outreach Autopilot will not send to a lead with no email address.

Hiding them does not change the leads in any way. The count only includes open leads (not won or lost) that still have work left.

Show them

1. Open the Outreach Queue.
2. In the Showing N of your M leads line, click Show Them Anyway. If the Queue is empty, the same button is in the Queue's clear. message. It only appears when at least one lead has no address.
3. The first clause now ends with including leads without an email address, and the button after the count reads Hide Them. The added leads are mixed into the usual order (hot leads, then fresh wound drafts, then highest score), not tacked on at the end.

Hide them again

Click Hide Them in the same line. The lead you are working on stays on screen until you move to another one, even if it has no address.

If the draft on screen has unsaved changes, both buttons first ask This draft has unsaved edits. Leave without saving them? Click Cancel, then Save Edits, to keep your changes.

It is not saved

Show Them Anyway only lasts while the Queue page stays open. Switching to another browser tab and back keeps it. Reloading the page, or going to another page in Legiit Leads and coming back, starts with no-email leads hidden again, so click Show Them Anyway once more.

Other ways to work one lead

• In the Pipeline, open the lead and click Draft Emails In Queue (or Open Drafts In Queue once it has drafts). The Queue shows that lead even without an address.
• Give the lead an address with 🎯 Hunt Owner or ✎ Edit Details, and it qualifies on its own.
