What do the reply labels interested, objection, not now, unsubscribe and other mean?
The AI reads every captured reply and gives it one of five labels: INTERESTED, OBJECTION, NOT NOW, UNSUBSCRIBE or OTHER. The label decides how you hear about the reply and what kind of answer the AI drafts: interested and objection replies send you an instant alert email, not now gets a draft asking permission to check back later, and unsubscribe gets a one-line confirmation and moves the lead to Lost.
The five labels
INTERESTED (green)
The prospect is showing interest. You get an alert email titled "🔥 (business name) is interested. Answer within the hour", and the reply is listed on your Dashboard's Today panel until you mark it handled. The draft answers their question, cites 1 or 2 verified facts from their audit, mentions your priced proposal if one is live, and ends with one next step, usually a call or accepting on their audit page.
This is the only label Reply Autopilot answers for you. On Agency Pro and Agency Empire, if an interested reply that came in through your Reply Capture Address has not been handled within 10 minutes, Reply Autopilot can send the draft. What Reply Autopilot does.
OBJECTION (amber)
The prospect pushed back or raised a concern. You get the same alert email, titled "🔥 (business name) has an objection. Answer within the hour", and it is listed on the Today panel too. The draft answers the objection directly with 1 or 2 verified facts and one next step. Reply Autopilot never sends these, so you answer them yourself.
NOT NOW (grey)
The timing is wrong for them. The draft acknowledges that, plants one fact worth remembering and asks permission to check back at a specific time. No alert email is sent. Legiit Leads does not schedule the check-back for you, so note the date yourself.
UNSUBSCRIBE (red)
The prospect asked not to be contacted. The draft is a one-line polite confirmation and nothing more. The lead moves to Lost, unless it is already Won. See what to do when a business asks you to stop.
OTHER (grey)
Anything that does not fit the four labels above. It still gets a drafted answer, but no alert email.
What every label has in common
- The lead's remaining sequence emails are paused, and a lead at New or Contacted moves to Replied (an unsubscribe then moves it on to Lost, unless it is Won).
- The label shows as a coloured badge on the reply in the lead's Replies section, and in Outreach Activity as, for example, "They replied (not now)".
Good to know
- Labels are set by the AI when the reply is captured, and you cannot change one by hand. If the label or the draft is off, open the draft with Gmail, Outlook or Mail App and edit it before you send.
- A reply with no badge means the AI step did not complete. The reply is still saved and the sequence still paused, but there is no drafted answer.
- Clicking Mark Handled on an interested or objection reply takes it off the Today panel. Answering and marking a reply handled.
