What is the Today panel on the Dashboard?
Today is the box at the top of the Dashboard, under the page title and above the 6 stat cards. It lists what is waiting for you right now: calls booked, replies waiting for an answer, prospects reading their audit, follow-ups due, market alerts and the value of leads you have not contacted yet, with an Open the Queue → link to the Outreach Queue in its corner. It only appears when there is something in it, so a brand new account, or a quiet one with nothing due, will not see it.
What you will see, top to bottom
A green Call booked banner (or 2 calls booked) appears when a confirmed call starts in the next 48 hours. It names up to 3 prospects with the day and time of each call, in your browser's local time.
A red A reply is waiting for your answer banner (or 3 replies are waiting for your answer) appears when a prospect has replied with interest or an objection and the reply has not been handled yet. It names up to 3 leads, oldest reply first, with the type of reply, and reminds you that drafted responses are in each lead.
Then come 4 cards, each with a count in its title and up to 3 lines beneath it:
- 3 reading their audit: leads whose proof page was opened in the last 24 hours. Empty state: No proof-page opens in the last 24h.
- 2 follow-ups due: sequence emails ready for you to approve. Empty state: No touches due today.
- 1 market alerts: changes spotted in your Monitored Markets in the last 24 hours. Empty state: No alerts in the last 24h.
- $1,240 uncontacted: the estimated value of leads with an email address that have not had an opener yet. Empty state: Every lead with an email has been contacted.
A lead's name on the reading or follow-ups card opens that lead in the Outreach Queue. A card's title opens the page behind it: the Outreach Queue for the first 2 cards, Monitored Markets for alerts and the Pipeline for uncontacted leads.
How each card is worked out
The reading their audit card lists leads whose proof page was opened in the last 24 hours, newest open first, leaving out leads marked Won or Lost. Each line shows the business name and its total number of opens, for example Smith Dental (4 opens).
The follow-ups due card checks each lead's drafted sequence. The opener (day 0) is due as soon as it is drafted. A later email becomes due the right number of days after the previous approved email went out (or, if it was never marked sent, was approved): 3 days after the opener, then 4 more days for the day 7 email. A sequence paused because the prospect replied never shows a due email, and Won and Lost leads are skipped. Lines read Day-3 for Smith Dental.
The market alerts card collects the alerts raised across your Monitored Markets in the last 24 hours. Each line shows the business name and the start of the alert message. Click the card title to read the full alert.
The uncontacted card counts leads whose status is still New and that have at least 1 email address. Each is valued at its score times 8, in US dollars, and the total is converted into your workspace currency. The line under it reads 12 leads with emails are waiting for an opener.
If you do not see it
The panel is hidden, not broken, whenever every list is empty and no lead with an email is uncontacted: a fresh account with no searches yet, or a seasoned one where everything has been contacted and nothing is due. Every search adds its leads as New, so running one that finds email addresses makes the panel appear on your next visit to the Dashboard. It also stays hidden if the numbers could not be loaded, so reload the page.
Good to know
- The panel loads once, when the Dashboard opens. Approve an email or handle a reply on another page and the counts do not change until you reload.
- A card shows only its first 3 lines, and the number in its title is capped too: up to 10 leads reading their audit, up to 25 follow-ups due and up to 10 market alerts. The red banner names up to 3 of up to 15 waiting replies. Click through to the page behind a card for the full list.
- The same lists feed the Your pipeline this morning email that Legiit Leads sends you.
