What happens when a prospect asks for the full report on my audit link?
The visitor fills in a short form under Get the full report, free and clicks Send My Full Report. Legiit Leads creates a new lead for them in your account with a fresh audit attached, emails them a link to their proof page, prepared in your agency's name and with replies coming back to you, and sends you an inbound lead alert so you can call while it is warm.
The form they fill in
The form appears under the results once every check has been revealed. It has four boxes:
- Business name
- Your name
- Phone (optional)
- Email for the report
Send My Full Report stays greyed out until the business name, the name and an email address are filled in. If something is still missing when it is submitted, the page answers Fill in your business name, your name, and a valid email.
Under the button, the form says that by requesting the report they agree that your company may contact them about their results, with your Company Name written into the sentence.
What happens next
- A lead is created in your account. It carries the business name, the email they gave, the phone number if they left one, and a fresh audit of their website. A note on the lead records who asked for the report and how to reach them.
- The lead is filed under a search called Inbound audits, with the location shown as Your audit link. Every prospect who comes in this way lands in that same search, so you can open them all together from Search History.
- The prospect is emailed their report. The subject offers them the website report for their business, and the email carries a View My Full Report button that opens their proof page, published under your agency. Replies go to you. If you have verified your own domain, the link uses it.
- You are emailed an alert. The subject starts with the flame and reads that there is an inbound lead from your audit link, with the business name. Inside is the number of verified problems found and an Open the Lead button that takes you straight to that lead in your Pipeline.
What the visitor sees
The form is replaced by a green panel reading Report on its way ✓ and telling them to check their inbox, naming your company, and your name as well when you have saved one in the Your Agency card, and promising that you will follow up personally. That promise is the reason to ring them the same day: they have just watched their own website fail checks and they are reading the report now.
