What is the Who's getting those customers instead table on the proof page?

The Proof Page · Updated September 22, 2026

When the AI Invisibility Check did not name the prospect, their proof page lists the businesses the AI did name, up to 5, under Who's getting those customers instead. Each business is compared with the prospect on Rating, Secure, Speed and Schema, with the prospect's own row first, so they can see where they already match or beat the businesses getting recommended.

When the table appears

  • The search ran the AI Invisibility Check and the AI named at least one business.
  • The prospect was not one of the names. If the AI named them, the table is not shown.
  • At least one named business has been profiled. Profiling starts after the search completes and fills in one business at a time, so a proof page opened straight after a search can show fewer rows, or no table yet.

How to read it

  • Business: the prospect first, highlighted and marked (you), then up to 5 businesses the AI named, in the order the AI listed them.
  • Rating: the Google star rating and review count, for example ★ 4.6 (212).
  • Secure: ✓ when the website loads securely (HTTPS), ✗ when it does not.
  • Speed: the website's load time from the live audit, in seconds, for example 2.4s. It is not a Google PageSpeed score.
  • Schema: ✓ when schema markup was found on the site, ✗ when it was not.

On a competitor's row, a dash means that value is not known for that business, for example a business with no website has no speed. On the prospect's own row, Secure shows ✓ and Schema shows ✗ even when their site could not be checked (for example no website, or the site did not respond).

Under the table, a footnote tells the prospect these are the businesses the AI named, and that where the prospect's numbers already beat the competitors', it is visibility, not quality, that is costing them the customer. That is the point of the table: if the prospect has a better rating or a faster site and still is not recommended, what is holding them back is being found, not how good they are.

Where the competitor numbers come from

For each of the first 5 names the AI gave, Legiit Leads first checks whether that business is already a lead in the same search and reuses its numbers. If not, it looks the business up on Google by its name and the search location, takes the top match, and runs the same live website audit every lead gets. A business that cannot be found or checked is skipped, so you may see fewer than 5 rows.

Good to know

  • The same competitors are used for every lead in that search, so every prospect the AI missed sees the same businesses.
  • Competitors are not added to your leads, and profiling them does not use any of your searches. It is included on every plan.
  • When you click 📋 Generate Call Brief on a lead, the AI is given these competitors too, so it can use them in your call plan. See How do I generate an AI call brief before I dial?
