What does a prospect see on their proof page?
The proof page is a public website audit report signed with your agency's name. It carries no Legiit Leads branding and shows no prices, unless you have published a priced proposal for that lead. From top to bottom the prospect sees a header with their issue count, the evidence you have for their business, a check-by-check list of their website, any proposal or booking options, and a closing call to action.
The header
- Your logo, if you uploaded one under White Label in Settings.
- Live website report prepared by your agency name, then the business name, its website (or its city when the business has no website) and when it was checked.
- Once every check has appeared, a badge: ⚠ N issues costing you customers, or ✓ Looking strong when nothing failed. The count includes the AI check when the business was not mentioned.
Your agency name is the Company Name in the Your Agency card in Settings. If it is blank, the page says Your Marketing Partner instead. Once the report has loaded, the browser tab shows the business name followed by your agency name. Nothing in the report itself mentions Legiit Leads on any plan. The link uses the Legiit Leads address, and the tab shows our name while the report is loading, unless you have set up your own domain, which replaces both.
While it loads
The page first runs the website checks again live (at most once every 10 minutes), showing Running live checks on your website…. The checks then appear one by one: each shows Checking… with a spinner, then flips to its result. See Why do the checks re-run when someone opens the proof page?
The evidence blocks
Each block appears only when you have that evidence for the lead:
- New for 2026: AI search visibility: the question asked to an AI assistant, who it recommended, and whether the business was mentioned, plus Google's own AI answer when one was captured.
- How Google's phone sees your site: the phone screenshot from Google's PageSpeed test.
- We already built your first fix: ready-to-paste schema markup and an llms.txt file, each with a Copy button.
- Who's getting those customers instead: the businesses the AI named, side by side with the prospect.
- These problems get fixed: how many times the same problems have been verified fixed for other businesses.
- A benchmark against other businesses in the same category, for example
You, against 1,240 other dentists we have measured. - Where you actually rank across town: the Map-Pack Heatmap, if you ran a scan.
- Your market moved since a date: competitor changes between two scans of a monitored market. See What does Your market moved since mean on a proof page?
The check-by-check list
Next comes one row per check with a green ✓ or a red ✗: Secure connection (SSL), Load speed, Search engine markup (schema), Mobile friendly, Visitor analytics, Contact form, Online booking, Chat / instant answers, Email capture and Content freshness. Where the audit could read them, Title tag, Meta description, Page heading (H1), Image descriptions (alt text) and Homepage content follow. A failed row shows the finding in red and one line on what it costs the business, such as Chrome shows a warning to every visitor, and Google ranks insecure sites lower.
A check only shows a red ✗ when that problem is on the lead's verified problem list. If the audit could not confirm a problem, or you removed the finding as not accurate, the prospect never sees it as a failure; the row is usually left off the page.
When the lead has no website, the list is a single Website row reading No website found: Google Maps listing only. When the site did not answer, it reads Your website did not respond when we checked it.
Proposal and booking
- If you published a priced proposal, a block titled The fix, priced lists the items, the total and an accept button. See What does the prospect see when I publish a proposal?
- If you turned on booking, a block headed with your name, for example
Talk to Chris about fixing this, lets the prospect pick a time, or shows a Book A Call button when you use your own booking link.
The closing block
The page ends with Want these fixed? and the line Every check above was run live against your actual website. This isn't a template. It invites the prospect to reply to your email, naming you when Your Name is filled in on the Your Agency card. The footer reads Report by your agency name, with the date the audit was verified.
To see the page exactly as your prospect will, click Preview in the lead's Proof Page (public, white-label) section.
