What does Your market moved since mean on a proof page?

What it shows

Each row names a competitor and what changed on its Google listing between the two scans:

• reviews gained or lost, for example gained 4 reviews or lost 1 review
• rating up or down, for example rating up 0.2★ or rating down 0.1★

Competitors whose rating and review count did not change are left out, and the block shows at most 5 rows. Underneath, a footnote tells the prospect the figures are real: Measured by us across two real scans of this market. Standing still is how businesses fall off this list.

Where the competitors come from

Every scan asks an AI assistant which businesses it recommends for that trade in that area, then looks up to 5 of the businesses it names on Google. These are the same businesses as in the Who's getting those customers instead table. The block compares the scan that found this lead with the scan of the same market just before it, and matches the competitors by name.

When it appears

The block shows only when all of these are true:

1. The lead was found by a scan of one of your Monitored Markets, not by a normal search.
2. The market had already been scanned once before that scan. The first scan of a market has nothing to compare against, so leads from it never show the block.
3. The AI named competitors in both scans and Legiit Leads could look them up.
4. At least one competitor named in both scans gained or lost reviews or changed its rating.

Good to know

• The comparison belongs to the scan that found the lead. Later scans of the market do not change it; leads found by a later scan get their own comparison.
• A competitor the AI named in only one of the two scans is not compared.
• The block is available on every plan.
