How do I generate an AI call brief before I dial?
Click 📋 Generate Call Brief on the lead's card in Call Mode, or in the lead panel under Proof Page (public, white-label). The AI writes a one-page closing brief from that lead's audit evidence: what to open with, the story to tell, the price to anchor on, the two most likely objections with rebuttals, and the exact sentence to close with.
Steps
- Click Call Mode in the sidebar, or open the lead from your search results or the Pipeline.
- Find the button. In Call Mode it sits under the 30-second opener and Voicemail scripts. In the lead panel it is at the bottom of the Proof Page (public, white-label) section.
- Click 📋 Generate Call Brief. The button reads Writing… while the AI works, then the brief opens underneath it.
What is in the brief
The brief is plain text, kept under 320 words, in 5 numbered parts:
- Open with: the single strongest fact about the business, framed as what it is costing them, in one sentence you can say out loud.
- The story: 2 or 3 more facts, in the order to reveal them.
- Price anchor: what to quote and why.
- Objections: the two most likely, each with a rebuttal tied to a fact from the audit.
- The close: the exact sentence to ask for the business.
What the AI works from
- The lead's audit evidence and Google rating, the same fact sheet the AI uses for your emails.
- Your priced proposal, if you attached one to the lead's proof page. If the prospect already accepted it, the brief treats the call as a kickoff, not a close.
- The competitors the AI check named for that search, when there are any.
- Your services and prices from My Services, plus your currency and the Your Name, Company Name and Anything else about your offer (optional) fields in the Your Agency card in Settings.
Show it again or write a fresh one
- The brief is saved on the lead, so it is the same brief in Call Mode and in the lead panel. Next time, the button reads 📋 Show Call Brief and opens the saved brief without rewriting it.
- While the brief is open, the button reads Refresh Call Brief. Click it to have the AI write a new brief that replaces the old one. This is worth doing after you attach a proposal, so the price anchor uses it.
- Next to the button, a line starting with Ready shows when the current brief was written.
It is in your call reminder too
When a prospect books a call from their proof page, Legiit Leads writes the brief for you straight away if the lead does not have one yet. About two hours before a booked call, your reminder email includes the latest brief and its subject ends with (closing brief inside). That is what emailed with call reminders next to the button means. The brief is for you only: the prospect's reminder never includes it.
If it does not work
If the brief cannot be written, a red message appears next to the button. Any brief you already had is kept. Click the button again to retry.
