Can I resell or bulk export the lead data I find?
No. The Terms forbid reselling, redistributing or bulk exporting platform data as a data product. Exporting your own leads so you can work them is normal use; turning those exports into a list you sell or hand on is not. The one kind of reselling that is allowed is reselling access to the platform itself through SaaS Mode, which is an Agency Empire feature.
What the Acceptable Use rules say
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute or bulk export platform data as a data product, except reselling platform access as expressly permitted through SaaS Mode on eligible plans.
- Probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the service, or access it by automated means outside the product's normal features.
Accounts that break those rules may be suspended or terminated.
What you can do with your leads
- Use Export CSV on a search to take your results out for your own outreach, your CRM and your own records.
- Tick Email me the results as a CSV when the search finishes on New Search to get the same file in your inbox.
- Use the audits, proof pages and proposals with the prospects and clients they belong to. You own your account data, the content you write and the outreach you send.
The line is about who the data is for. Working your own leads, in your own agency, is the product being used as intended. Packaging them up for someone else to buy is not.
The one exception: SaaS Mode
SaaS Mode lets you resell access to the platform under your own brand. Sub-accounts are provisioned by the platform and billed by you through your connected Stripe account, and you are billed a wholesale seat fee for each active sub-account. Your buyers run their own searches in their own workspaces, which is why this is allowed where selling a list is not. SaaS Mode needs Agency Empire. See what SaaS Mode is and who can use it.
