What is SaaS Mode and who can use it?

Where to find it

Open Settings and scroll to the card headed SaaS Mode with an Empire badge. It reads Resell this platform under your own brand. You set the plans and prices, clients pay YOUR Stripe, and you pay wholesale per active account: $47/mo (Basic tier) or $97/mo (Plus tier). Everything above wholesale is your margin. Three clients at $297 (or four at $197) and the plan pays for itself; everything after is margin.

Who can use it

SaaS Mode is on the Agency Empire plan only. On any other plan the card shows Available on the Agency Empire plan ($497/mo). Upgrade above to unlock. and nothing else. If your Agency Empire plan ends while you have Settings open, Add Plan answers in red with SaaS Mode is an Agency Empire feature. Upgrade in Settings to resell the platform under your own brand.

Team seats cannot use SaaS Mode. A seat signing in does not get a SaaS Mode card in Settings at all. Only the account owner sets up plans, sees the signup link and sees the sub-account totals.

How the whole thing works

1. Connect Stripe on the Get Paid card in Settings. Until you do, the SaaS Mode card reads Connect Stripe first (Get Paid card above) so clients can pay you.
2. Add a retail plan: fill in Plan name, Price $/mo and Tier, then click Add Plan. See How do I create a retail plan in SaaS Mode?
3. Click Copy Signup Link and share the link with prospects. See How do my customers sign up for the plans I resell?
4. A customer picks one of your plans and pays you on your Stripe checkout. Legiit Leads then creates their workspace wearing your logo and colour. See What do my sub-accounts get, and how is their billing handled?
5. Legiit Leads bills you wholesale by adding a seat to your own subscription for each active sub-account. See How does wholesale billing work when I resell the platform?

You are the provider your customers deal with. They pay you, they cancel with you, and their payment problems come to you, not to Legiit Leads.

Good to know

The Agency Empire card under Your Plan in Settings carries a SaaS Mode badge and reads Everything in Pro + resell the platform under your brand: your plans, your prices, your Stripe. A few resold clients and it pays for itself. The public plans page lists SaaS Mode: resell the platform under your brand and Wholesale sub-account seats ($47 / $97 per active) under Agency Empire and no other plan.
