How do I export my leads to a CSV file?

Steps

1. Open the search. You land on its results page right after clicking Search, or you can open it later from Search History with View.
2. Click Export CSV ▾ at the top right. The button cannot be clicked until the search has at least one lead.
3. Pick Full Lead Data (Generic) for a spreadsheet, or Instantly.ai Import or Smartlead / Lemlist Import to load the leads into one of those cold email tools.
4. The file saves like any other download, named after the format and the date in UTC, for example legiit-leads-generic-2026-09-22.csv.

What is in Full Lead Data (Generic)

One row for every lead on the page, with 11 columns in this order:

• name: the business name.
• category: the business's category from Google, or the keywords you searched when Google has no category for that listing.
• address, phone and website: each one is empty when it is not known.
• email: the first email address found for the business, or empty.
• email_verified: true when that address's domain passed the mail-server check, false when it failed, empty when it was not checked.
• rating and reviews: the Google star rating and review count.
• score: the opportunity score, from 30 to 100.
• problems: the same problems as the Problems Detected column, separated by semicolons. Findings listed under Worth a look, not verified are left out.

What is in the Instantly.ai and Smartlead / Lemlist files

These two files are the same apart from their name. Leads without an email address are left out completely. Each row has 6 columns: email (the first address found), first_name (always empty, even when Hunt Owner found the decision-maker's name), company_name, website, phone and personalization, which holds the first 3 problems found on the lead, separated by semicolons.

Good to know

• Problems are written as short codes such as slow_website, no_website or low_rating, not the wording you see on screen.
• Rows are in the order the leads were added to the search, not sorted by score like the table. Sort on the score column in your spreadsheet if you want the best leads first.
• The file holds the leads exactly as they are loaded on the page when you click. Exporting while a search is still running gives only the leads finished so far. Some checks keep sharpening problems and scores for a short while after a search completes, and the page does not refresh itself after that, so reload it before you export if it has been open since the search finished.
• A finding you removed as wrong is left out of problems, and the score reflects the removal.
• A list brought in with Resurrect a List exports the same way. Its category column reads imported, and address, rating and reviews are empty.
