Why does Call Mode say No callable leads right now?

Why it happens

• Your leads have no phone number. A lead from a search gets the phone number on its Google listing, so a business with no number there has none. A lead from Resurrect a List only has a phone number if your CSV had a phone column.
• Every lead with a number is Won or Lost. Tapping Not Interested in Call Mode moves a lead to Lost, and so does moving it to Lost on the Pipeline. Won and lost leads never appear in Call Mode.
• You skipped past every lead. If you tap Skip without logging → on every lead and log no calls, the end of the list shows the same message. Reload the page, or go to another page and open Call Mode again, to start from the top.
• The list did not load. If Call Mode cannot fetch your leads, for example because your connection dropped, it shows the same message. Reload the page.

While the list is still loading, you see Loading your call queue… instead.

How to get leads into Call Mode

• Run a new search. See how to run a new search. Leads from every search you have run count, not just the latest one.
• Add a number yourself. Open the lead, click ✎ Edit Details, fill in Phone and click Save Details. The lead shows in Call Mode the next time you open it.
• Reopen a lead marked Lost by mistake. Open the lead and click Contacted or Replied in the stage buttons at the top of the panel, or drag its card on the Pipeline board. See how to move a deal between stages.

Good to know

• A lead does not need an email address to be in Call Mode. Leads with no email address are listed near the top, right after leads that opened their proof page in the last 24 hours.
• Call Mode shows up to 100 leads at a time.
