Why does the Queue show a lead I opened from the Pipeline that it would not normally list?

What opens a lead in the Queue

• Open Drafts → on a card in the Pipeline. It reads Draft Emails → when nothing has been drafted for the lead yet.
• Open Drafts In Queue in the Outreach Activity section of the lead panel, or Draft Emails In Queue when nothing has been drafted yet.
• A lead's name in the Today panel on your Dashboard, under reading their audit or follow-ups due.

What the note says

The note starts with Opened from the Pipeline:, gives one reason, and ends with Its drafts and their status are below. The reasons are:

• this lead is marked won, so it is not in the queue (or lost). The Queue does not list won or lost leads on its own, and their drafts are read-only there. See why a lead's drafts are read-only.
• this lead has no email address, so the queue does not list it on its own. Leads without an address stay hidden unless you click Show Them Anyway. See how to get an email address for a lead.
• every touch is already approved, sent, or skipped. There is nothing left for you to do on it in the Queue: each email has gone out, was skipped, or is approved and waiting for Autopilot to send it.

If more than one applies, the note gives the first one in this list.

Good to know

• A lead the Queue would not list is added at the front, as lead 1, so Next → takes you on to the leads the Queue normally shows.
• If the lead you opened is one the Queue lists anyway, the Queue simply jumps to it in its usual place, and no note appears.
• The count on the Showing line includes the lead you opened.
• To go back to the lead in the Pipeline, click Open In Pipeline above its name.
