Why does the Outreach Queue say Queue's clear?

The Outreach Queue · Updated September 22, 2026

Queue's clear. means none of your open leads with an email address has anything left for you to do: every email is sent or skipped (or approved, when Outreach Autopilot sends for you), or none of your leads has an email address at all. Leads without an address are not listed by default, so if you have some, the message says how many and offers Show Them Anyway. Run a new search to load the Queue with fresh leads that have emails.

The two messages

  • Queue's clear. 4 leads have no email address; Show Them Anyway or run a search to load leads with emails. You have open leads with work left, but none of them has an address. Click Show Them Anyway to list them.
  • Queue's clear. Run a search to load it with leads that have emails. Nothing is waiting at all, with or without an email address.

Where your leads went

If you have any leads, the Showing 0 of your M leads line above the message says where they are:

  • fully approved or skipped: nothing left to do in the Queue. Open them from the Pipeline to see what was sent.
  • won or lost: closed leads never appear in the Queue.
  • no email address yet: open leads the Queue hides until you click Show Them Anyway.

What to do next

  1. Run a new search from New Search. Each new lead with an email address joins the Queue with a ✦ Draft 3-Touch Sequence button, so there is something to draft straight away.
  2. Or click Show Them Anyway to work the leads without an address. You can still draft their emails and copy the text to send another way.
  3. Or give a lead an address. 🎯 Hunt Owner in the Pipeline looks for the decision-maker's email on the lead's website, and ✎ Edit Details lets you type one in. Once the lead has an address and work left, it joins the Queue on its own.

Good to know

  • With Outreach Autopilot on and a working mailbox, approved emails leave the Queue because Autopilot sends them. So the Queue can be clear while Autopilot still has emails waiting for your Sending Hours.
  • The Queue picks up new leads when you open it, and when you come back to its browser tab. If a search finished in another tab, switch back or reload the page.
  • If you know you have leads but the Showing line is missing, the page could not load them. Reload the page.
