What is the What's landing right now bar in the Outreach Queue?

What you will see

The bar sits near the top of the Outreach Queue, above the Showing line. Each angle reads as the problem name followed by openers and its reply rate, then, in brackets, how many contacted leads that rate is based on, with the note all agencies.

How the numbers are worked out

• The angle is each lead's primary problem: the first one listed under Detected Problems on the lead.
• A contacted lead is one whose status has reached Contacted or later (Contacted, Replied, Won or Lost), by any route: Autopilot sending an email, you clicking Mark As Sent (in the Queue, or on a one-off email in the lead panel), a call logged in Call Mode, or a status set by hand in the Pipeline. Each lead counts once, however many emails it received. Approving a draft does not count.
• A reply is a lead at Replied or Won, or one with a reply captured on it.
• The reply rate is replies divided by contacted leads, rounded to a whole percent.
• An angle qualifies once it has 30 or more contacted leads. Of those, the 3 with the highest reply rate are shown.

Good to know

• The figures are platform-wide and anonymized. The bar never shows an agency or business name, only the problem, the rate and the count. Your own leads count toward the totals like everyone else's.
• The figures refresh about once an hour.
• They are based on each lead's current status, across all leads on the platform, not on a recent time window or a count of emails sent.
• The bar is for your information only. It does not change how the AI writes your drafts or the order of the Queue.
• It is available on every plan. If no angle has reached 30 contacted leads yet, the bar does not appear at all.
