Which plan do I need for Outreach Autopilot and Reply Autopilot?

What needs Agency Pro or Agency Empire

• Auto-Send: the sequence emails you approve send themselves from your connected mailbox, inside your Sending Hours.
• Reply Autopilot: when an interested reply sits for 10 minutes, the AI's drafted answer sends itself from your connected mailbox.

Both boxes are in the Outreach Autopilot card in Settings.

What works on every plan

• Connecting a mailbox with + Connect A Mailbox and Connect And Verify, so you can set it up before you upgrade.
• AI-written emails, 3-touch sequences and the Outreach Queue.
• Sending approved emails from your own inbox and clicking Mark As Sent.
• The daily send ramp (Today's send ramp) and the Deliverability Guardian check of your sending domain.
• Reply capture with AI labels, through your Reply Capture Address or by pasting a reply into the lead.
• Call Mode.

What you see on Starter or Agency

Tick Auto-Send or Reply Autopilot and the box unticks itself again straight away, with a red line under the boxes: This is an Agency Pro feature. Upgrade in Settings for Client Command, Outreach Autopilot, White Label, and team seats. Nothing sends by itself, and the Outreach Queue keeps showing Approving does not send.

If the boxes are greyed out instead, that is a different reason: you have no connected mailbox yet, or every mailbox you connected is PAUSED. Connect one, or click Resume on a paused one. See How do I connect a mailbox for Autopilot?

How to upgrade

1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
2. In the Your Plan card, click Agency Pro or Agency Empire under Switch Plan (Prorated Instantly). If you do not have a plan yet, choose one from the plan cards in the same place.
3. Scroll to Outreach Autopilot and tick Auto-Send, Reply Autopilot or both.

Good to know

• Both work during the 7 day free trial of Agency Pro or Agency Empire, and while a payment is past due.
• Lifetime accounts are not on Agency Pro, so they do not include Outreach Autopilot or Reply Autopilot.
• On a team seat you cannot upgrade yourself: the Your Plan card reads Your plan is managed by the account owner. with no plan buttons, so ask the owner. A sub-account billed by a provider sees Your plan is billed by your provider. Contact them to change or cancel. instead.
