What do I get with Agency Pro?
Agency Pro costs $297 a month or $2,970 a year and is the plan badged The Agency OS. It gives you 250 searches and 100 heatmap scans a month plus Client Command, Outreach Autopilot and Reply Autopilot, Ring Proof tracking numbers, team seats and White Label with your own domain. Agency Empire includes everything in Agency Pro.
What needs Agency Pro
On Starter and Agency, these steps are not available:
- Turning on Auto-Send and Reply Autopilot in the Outreach Autopilot card in Settings, so approved emails and answers to interested replies send from your connected mailbox.
- Turning a won deal into a client with Promote To Client. That is the way into Client Command: monthly client reports, client portals, Review Guard and Upsell Radar.
- Adding a Ring Proof tracking number for a client with Get Tracking Number.
- Inviting team members with Invite in the Team Seats card (up to 5 seats).
- Setting your logo and accent colour in the White Label card, if you have never saved one.
- Claiming your own domain with Claim Domain in the White Label card.
- Removing the credit by ticking Remove "Powered by Legiit Leads" from my public pages and clicking Save Branding.
- Creating a retainer collection link. It is made in the Retainer Billing box on a client's own page, and only Agency Pro turns a won deal into a client.
What you see on other plans
Promote To Client, Get Tracking Number, Invite and Claim Domain answer with This is an Agency Pro feature. Upgrade in Settings for Client Command, Outreach Autopilot, White Label, and team seats.
Ticking Auto-Send or Reply Autopilot answers with the same message, printed in red under the boxes, and the tick goes straight back to where it was. Nothing is saved. Save Branding ends the same way on a lower plan, both when you set a logo or accent colour on an account that has never had one and when you tick Remove "Powered by Legiit Leads" from my public pages: the message appears in red under the button, the Powered by tick goes back to where it was, and Saved ✓ never appears, so the setting never looks saved when it is not. If your logo is already there
A logo or accent colour that was saved before this became an Agency Pro feature stays exactly as it was, on every public page, whatever plan you are on. You can still change it or clear it: Save Branding keeps working for an account that already has one. The Agency Pro requirement only applies to an account that has never saved a logo or an accent colour. The Powered by credit is separate: removing it needs Agency Pro whatever your branding looks like.
The Pro badge in Settings
The Call Tracking, Team Seats and White Label cards carry a small purple Pro badge. It marks the cards that hold Agency Pro steps, not everything on them. On any plan you can:
- connect your Twilio account with Connect Twilio in Call Tracking
- connect a mailbox with Connect And Verify in Outreach Autopilot
- see the logo and accent colour already saved on your account in White Label
Only the steps listed under What needs Agency Pro require the upgrade.
