How do I let prospects book a call from their proof page?
Open Settings, tick Show a booking block on my proof pages in the Book-a-Call on Your Proof Pages card, set the hours you take calls and click Save Settings. From then on, every lead's proof page shows your open times, and the prospect books one with their email address, and their name if they add it. Book-a-Call is available on every plan.
Steps
- Click Settings in the sidebar and scroll down to the Book-a-Call on Your Proof Pages card. It sits just above the Save Settings button.
- Tick Show a booking block on my proof pages. More fields appear.
- Leave Use my own booking link (optional) empty. Filling it in replaces the built-in picker with your own scheduler (see using your own Calendly or Google booking link).
- Pick your Timezone. The list offers America/New York, America/Chicago, America/Denver, America/Phoenix, America/Los Angeles, America/Anchorage, Pacific/Honolulu, Europe/London, Europe/Berlin, Australia/Sydney, Asia/Manila and UTC.
- Choose a Call length: 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
- Set Available from and Until, the start and end of the time you take calls each day.
- Under Days, click a day to switch it on or off. Days shown in purple are included.
- Click Save Settings. Saved ✓ appears next to the button. Nothing changes on your proof pages until you save.
Until you change them, the settings are America/New York, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, with 30 minute calls.
What the prospect sees
Below the audit findings (and below your proposal, if you attached one), the proof page shows a block titled Talk to your name about fixing this. The name is the Your Name from the Your Agency card in Settings, or your Company Name if that is empty.
- A line with the call length and your time zone, for example
30-minute call · times shown in America/New York. Times are always shown in your time zone, not the prospect's. - Up to 7 day buttons, such as
Tue, Sep 23, and up to 12 time buttons for the chosen day. - Once they click a time: a Your name box, an email box and a green button such as Book 2:00 PM. The button stays greyed out until the email contains an @.
How the open times are worked out
- Times start at Available from and step forward one call length at a time. The last call must end by Until.
- Only today and the next 9 days are offered.
- Nothing sooner than 2 hours from now is offered.
- A time already booked on any of your proof pages is removed, so two prospects can never book the same start time.
- Only the first 12 times of each day show. With 30 minute calls from 09:00 to 17:00, that is 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. To offer later times, shorten the window or choose a longer call length.
Good to know
- The picker does not read your Google or Outlook calendar. It only knows the hours you set here and the calls booked through Legiit Leads. To keep time free, change your hours or days, or use your own booking link.
- The setting covers every proof page on your account, including links you have already sent.
- To see the block, open a lead and click Preview in the Proof Page (public, white-label) section. Do not book a test call there: a booking from your preview is a real booking, with the stage change and emails that come with it.
- If there are no open times in the next 10 days, the block is hidden completely. See why booking says That time was just taken for the common causes.
