What does the prospect see when I publish a proposal?
A block titled The fix, priced appears on the lead's proof page, under the list of checks. It shows each line with its price, the Total and your note, followed by a short form: the prospect types their full name, ticks the agreement box and clicks Yes, Fix This for Me. When you ask for payment, the button reads Accept and Pay with the amount instead.
What is in the block
- The heading The fix, priced, with the line "Prepared by" and your agency's name. The name comes from Company Name in the Your Agency card in Settings. If that is blank, the page says "Your Marketing Partner".
- Each line's name and price, then the Total.
- Your note, in small text under the total.
Prices show in the currency the proposal was published in, even if you change your workspace currency later. If you have turned on booking, the booking section follows under the proposal.
How the prospect accepts
- They type their name in the box that reads Type your full name to accept.
- They tick the box next to "I agree to move forward with" your agency "on the work listed above at the price shown. Acceptance is recorded with a timestamp."
- They click the green button. It stays greyed out until the name has at least 2 characters and the box is ticked.
The button depends on the payment option you chose:
- Yes, Fix This for Me when no payment is needed.
- Accept and Pay $750 Deposit (with your amount) when a deposit is due.
- Accept and Pay $1,500 (with your amount) when the full amount is due.
With a payment button, the prospect goes to a Stripe card checkout for that amount and comes back to the proof page afterwards. The acceptance only counts once the payment is confirmed. After they accept
The form is replaced by a green confirmation: ✅ Accepted. followed by your agency's name and "has been notified and will be in touch right away." After a payment it reads Accepted and paid. When the page is opened again later, it also shows the name they typed, for example "Accepted by Jane Smith."
If someone tries to accept an offer that was already accepted, for example in a second browser tab, the page shows This offer was already accepted.
Preview opens the same page with a working form. Do not accept your own proposal there: it counts as a real acceptance, the deal moves to Won and the proposal can no longer be changed.
