Why does it say managed by the account owner?
You are signed in as a team seat rather than as the account owner. A seat works inside the owner's workspace and sees the same leads, clients and outreach queue as everyone else on the team, but anything to do with money, connected accounts or the team list itself stays with the owner. Ask the owner to make that change for you.
What you can do as a seat
Everything on the hunting side of the app is yours to use: searches, leads, the pipeline, the outreach queue, calls, proposals and clients. Your work lands in the owner's account, and the searches and sends you make count against the owner's plan.
You also manage your own login. In Settings, the Your Account card lets you change Your Name, your Login Email and your password, using your Current Password to confirm the last two. The owner does not have to do that for you.
What only the account owner can do
The plan and its billing, the Stripe account you get paid into, the Twilio account behind call tracking, the Legiit marketplace connection, SaaS Mode and the team list all belong to the owner. Several of them are not on your Settings page at all, so there is nothing for you to try.
Where you do see something, it says so. Your Plan shows one line, Your plan is managed by the account owner., instead of plan cards and billing buttons. If you fill in the Twilio details under Call Tracking and click Connect Twilio, the answer under the button is Carrier credentials are managed by the account owner.
Disconnecting is the owner's job as well. When the owner has already connected Twilio, the Call Tracking card shows ✓ TWILIO CONNECTED with a Disconnect button, but clicking it as a seat leaves the connection exactly as it was.
Get Paid is on your Settings page, but Connect Stripe will not do anything for you and no message appears. Only the account owner can connect Stripe.
What your Settings page looks like
The Team Seats card, the Legiit marketplace card and the SaaS Mode card are not on your page at all, so the marketplace connection and the plans the owner sells under SaaS Mode are theirs to add, change and remove. You are never asked to choose a plan and you never see the banner about an account not being on a plan, because a seat rides the owner's plan.
On a won deal, the ordering panel tells you to ask the account owner to connect the Legiit account in Settings when that connection has not been made yet.
There are no permission levels
Every seat on a team has the same access, so there is nothing to switch on or off for one person. If a seat should no longer reach the workspace, the owner removes the seat and that login stops working straight away.
