How do My Services change what the AI pitches?

Set up your services

1. Click Settings in the sidebar and scroll to My Services.
2. If your list is empty, click Import Starter Services to fill it with ready-made services for the problems Legiit Leads checks for, already tagged and priced in your currency. Then change the names and prices to match what you charge.
3. To add your own, click + Add Service, then give it a name and a price and choose One time or Per month.
4. In the box under each name, One line the AI can use to describe it (optional), write a short line about what the service does.
5. Click Fixes 0 problems to tag the problems the service fixes. Tags decide which services fill a new proposal. See tagging problems.
6. New services start with Active ticked. Untick it on any service you do not want pitched.
7. Click Save Settings at the bottom of the page and wait for Saved ✓.

What the AI does with your list

• The single cold email on a lead names the service from your list that fixes the problem it leads with.
• 3-touch sequences name that service by its exact name at least once. The Day 7 breakup email must name the service that fixes the lead's main problem and state its price.
• AI Pitch Strategy suggests what to offer first, with a price range in your currency.
• Reply drafts and the call brief get the same list, so answers and call notes talk about what you actually sell.

How the AI reads your services

• It sees each service's name, its price with your currency symbol, "per month" for Per month services, and your description line.
• It does not see your problem tags, so it matches a service to a problem from its name and description. A clear description helps.
• Only services with Active ticked are used, and only the first 12 active services in the list.
• Anything you wrote in Anything else about your offer (optional) on the Your Agency card is added after your services.
• With no active services, the AI only has that offer text to go on. If that is empty too, it describes your offer as services that fix the problems it found, so it cannot name a service or price of yours.

Good to know

• Nothing in My Services is kept until you click Save Settings. Drafts already written keep their wording, so regenerate them to pick up new names or prices.
• Prices show your Currency symbol from Your Agency. Changing the currency does not convert the prices you typed.
