How do I add my own service to My Services?

Steps

1. Click Settings in the sidebar and scroll to the My Services card.
2. Click + Add Service. A new row appears at the bottom of the list, set to One time, with no problems tagged and Active ticked.
3. Type the name in the box that reads Service name, e.g. Local SEO Retainer.
4. Type the price in the box next to your currency symbol. It takes numbers only and cannot go below 0.
5. Choose One time for a single charge or Per month for a recurring retainer.
6. If you like, add a sentence in One line the AI can use to describe it (optional).
7. Click Save Settings at the bottom of the page. Saved ✓ appears next to the button.

Adding several services? Click + Add Service once for each, fill in every row, then save once.

One time or Per month

Per month marks the service as a recurring retainer. When the AI describes your offer in cold emails, sequences, reply drafts, call briefs and pitch strategies, it writes that price as per month. In the proposal editor, the + Add From My Services list shows /mo after the price. A One time price is written as a single amount.

A proposal line carries only the name and the price, so the prospect's proof page does not say per month. If that matters, put it in the service name, for example Local SEO Retainer (monthly), or in the note under the proposal.

The one-line description

The description is for the AI. When it writes about what you sell, each service appears with its name, its price and this line, so a sentence such as Weekly Google Business Profile posts and review replies helps it pitch the service accurately. Leave it blank and the AI works from the name and price alone. The description does not appear on proposals, and it is kept to 400 characters.

Good to know

• A row with no name is not saved. It is gone the next time you open Settings.
• Leave Settings without clicking Save Settings and your new rows are lost.
• Prices are in the currency chosen under Currency in the Your Agency card. Changing the currency later does not convert prices you already typed.
• Give each service a price above 0. A line priced at 0 is dropped when you publish a proposal, and published proposal prices are rounded to whole numbers.
• You can save up to 40 services, with names up to 80 characters. The AI reads your first 12 active services, in the order they appear in the list.

Next, tag the problems each service fixes so new proposals pick it up on their own.
