How do I find and reopen my past searches?

Steps

1. Click Search History in the sidebar. You can also click View all → next to Recent Searches on the Dashboard, which only shows your latest 8.
2. To narrow a long list, type part of the business type or the place into the Filter… box at the top right. The list updates as you type, and capital letters do not matter.
3. Click View on the row you want. The results page for that search opens with all of its leads.

What each column shows

• Keywords: the business type the search looked for, exactly as it was entered. For a list you brought in with Resurrect a List, it is the name you typed in Label this import, or Imported list if you left it blank.
• Location: the city or area searched. For an imported list it shows the number of rows, for example 120 imported rows.
• Leads: how many leads the search found. It shows … while the search is running, and keeps showing … if the search ends in Error, because no final count was reached.
• Status: Running, Complete or Error. See What do the search statuses Running, Complete and Error mean?
• Created: the date and time the search started, shown in your computer's own date format.

A purple ✦ before the keywords means the AI Agent built and started that search. See What does the purple star next to a search mean?

Finding an AI Agent search

The Filter… box only looks at the Keywords and Location columns. It does not search the sentence you typed into the AI Agent, so typing that sentence finds nothing. Type the business type or the city the agent chose instead (the ones it showed you under Keywords and Location in its Search Plan). To read your original sentence again, hover over the purple ✦ on the row.

If nothing matches what you typed, the table shows No searches found. Clear the box to see every search again.

Good to know

• The page loads the list once when you open it. To see a running search's latest status and lead count, reload the page.
• The list holds your 500 most recent searches.
• Some rows are created for you, such as Inbound audits from your branded audit link and the scans of your Monitored Markets. See Why do I see searches in my history that I did not run?
