What does the Recent Searches table on the Dashboard show?
Recent Searches is the table at the bottom of the Dashboard. It lists your 8 most recent searches, newest first, in 5 columns: Keywords, Location, Leads, Status and Created. Click View at the end of a row to open that search's results page, or View all → above the table to open Search History, which lists every search on your account.
What each column shows
- Keywords: what the search looked for. A purple ✦ in front of them means the AI Agent built and ran the search for you. An uploaded list shows its label here, or
Imported listif you left the label blank. - Location: the place you searched. An uploaded list shows its row count instead, for example
40 imported rows. - Leads: how many leads the search found. A number only appears once the search is Complete.
- Status: a coloured pill reading Running, Complete or Error.
- Created: when the search was started, in your device's own date format and time zone.
Searches from New Search, the AI Agent and Resurrect a List all land in this one table.
Reopening a search
Click View on the row you want. The results page is titled with the keywords, then in, then the location: keywords plumbers and location Austin give plumbers in Austin.
Only your 8 newest searches are shown. Older ones are not gone: View all → opens Search History, where every search is listed and a Filter… box finds one by keywords or location.
Why Leads shows … instead of a number
The Leads column only shows a count when the Status is Complete (green pill). While a search is Running (amber pill) it shows … (3 dots) because there is no final count yet, and a search that ended in Error (red pill) shows … as well.
The Dashboard loads this table once, when the page opens, and does not refresh it. A search that said Running when you arrived keeps saying Running until you reload. To follow its progress, reload the page or click View: the results page refreshes itself every 2.5 seconds while the search runs, and leads appear as they finish.
If it says No searches yet
No searches yet. Run your first search to find leads. appears in place of the rows when your account has not run any search. Click + New Search at the top right of the Dashboard to run one.
On a brand new account that is on a plan, or has just finished checkout, the onboarding wizard opens on top of the Dashboard and offers to run that first search for you. Closing it with the X only hides it for that visit; it comes back each time the Dashboard loads until your account has run a search.
Started a search in another tab? It will not appear here until you reload the Dashboard.
