What do the numbers at the top of the Dashboard mean?
The 6 cards are Searches Run, Leads Found, With Email, Contacted, Deals Won and Pipeline Value. The first 5 are plain counts across your whole account, and Pipeline Value is an estimate built from lead scores, not money in the bank. Under the cards, the dark Your hunting so far strip counts your activity, and a green This month's receipt: strip appears once a prospect has accepted a proposal or you have pipeline in play this month.
The 6 cards
- Searches Run: every search on your account since the day you started.
- Leads Found: every lead on your account, from every search.
- With Email: leads that have at least 1 email address.
- Contacted: every lead that has moved past Working, the first Pipeline stage. Leads in Contacted, Replied, Won and Lost all count, so this card can be larger than the Contacted column on the board.
- Deals Won: leads in the Won stage.
- Pipeline Value: for each lead in Contacted or Replied, the lead's score times 8, added up and shown in your workspace currency. It is an estimate of what your open deals could be worth.
Each card shows a dash for a moment while the numbers load. If the dashes never change, the numbers could not be loaded; reload the page to try again.
Your hunting so far
The dark strip appears once the cards have loaded. Under the heading it reads Every search includes full live audits at no extra cost. Your plan meter lives in the sidebar. and shows 4 counters:
- Searches goes up by 1 each time a search completes, and by 1 each time you import a list with Resurrect a List.
- Live audits goes up by the number of websites audited in each search or imported list, and by 1 each time Legiit Leads re-audits a lead's website, for example when the prospect's proof page re-runs its checks.
- Verified contacts goes up by the number of new leads whose email address verified when a search completes.
- AI emails goes up each time the AI drafts for you: 1 for a single email, 1 for each touch in a sequence (including the sequences the onboarding wizard drafts for your first campaign), and 1 for each alert opener Monitored Markets drafts.
These counters are running totals of your activity, not your allowance, and they carry on from month to month. The searches meter at the bottom of the sidebar, for example 12 of 50 searches this month, is the number that is checked against your plan.
This month's receipt
The green strip stays hidden until in proposals accepted or pipeline in play is above 0 for the current month. The month runs from 00:00 UTC on the 1st to now. When the strip shows, each figure appears only when it is above 0:
- An amount in proposals accepted: the priced items on every proposal a prospect accepted this month, added up. A prospect accepts on their proof page by typing their name, or with the Accept and Pay button when the proposal takes payment. Proposals priced in your workspace currency are added as they are, USD proposals are converted, and a proposal in any other currency is left out.
- An amount pipeline in play: leads added this month that are now in Contacted or Replied, score times 8 each, in your currency. Unlike the Pipeline Value card, it ignores leads from earlier months.
- N calls booked: calls prospects booked this month through the slot picker on their proof page.
- A green Nx what you paid badge: accepted proposals divided by your plan's monthly price (a yearly plan's price is divided by 12), rounded to 1 decimal place. It only appears while your plan is active or in its trial and both numbers are above 0.
Good to know
- On the 1st of each month (UTC), Legiit Leads emails you a fuller version of this receipt for the month that just ended, with a subject like
Your August 2026 ROI receipt, as long as that month had at least 1 search, 1 approved outreach email or 1 accepted proposal. On top of what the green strip shows, the email counts the searches you ran, leads found, problems verified, outreach emails approved and proof-page opens. - The Today panel sits between the page title and the cards, and the Win Wire sits between the receipt strip and the hunting strip. Each of those only appears when it has something to show.
