How does Legiit Leads work from the first search to a closed deal?

What Legiit Leads Is · Updated September 23, 2026

You search a niche and a city, Legiit Leads audits every business it finds live and shows only the problems it can verify, and the AI writes your outreach from that evidence. Each lead gets a branded proof page, and from that page the prospect can book a call or accept a priced proposal. The loop is find, prove, reach out, close, and each step feeds the next.

How it works

Step 1: Find

On New Search, type a niche and a city. You get real local businesses from Google: name, address, phone, website, rating, reviews and hours. Pick the problems you can fix from the problem filters (SEO, web design, GMB, ads, social, CRO, reputation and AI) and only businesses that verifiably have them come back.

Step 2: Prove

Every lead is checked live, so every claim is a timestamped measurement:

  • 15+ website checks: SSL, speed, schema, mobile, analytics, pixels, booking, chat, AI readiness and more.
  • Tech-stack detection and domain registration and expiry dates.
  • Organic rank and map-pack presence for the exact search their customers make.
  • The AI Invisibility Check: every search asks an AI who is best in the market and records whether the business is named.

You also get Google's own PageSpeed mobile score, with the screenshot from Google's phone test. After a search it runs automatically on up to 25 leads whose checks are still unconfirmed, and on any other lead that has a website you can pull it yourself with ⚡ Get Google's Official Score. That button sits beside Live Website Audit on the lead and goes away once the lead has a score.

On any lead you can also run a Map-Pack Heatmap, which measures their real Google Maps rank from 25 points across town. Each plan has a monthly number of scans.

Anything the audit could not confirm stays out of every email, proof page and score.

Step 3: Reach out

The AI writes cold emails that cite the lead's verified facts, and 3-touch sequences: an opener, a day 3 bump and a day 7 breakup, each leading with a different fact. You approve, edit or skip them one lead at a time in the Outreach Queue.

Approving is not sending. With Outreach Autopilot off, you send from your own inbox and click Mark As Sent. With it on (Agency Pro and Agency Empire), your connected mailbox sends approved sequences for you.

Step 4: Close

Each lead has one branded proof page where the checks re-run live while the prospect watches, with read receipts. From that page the prospect can book a call (the built-in slot picker or your own Calendly or Google appointment link) or accept a priced offer. The button reads Yes, Fix This for Me, or, if you asked for a deposit or full payment on acceptance, Accept and Pay with the amount, and that payment goes into your own Stripe account. The Pipeline is a drag-and-drop board where every card shows its real send state and latest activity.

After the close

Closing is step 4, not the end. A won deal builds a scoped Legiit fulfillment cart with your margins, and delivered work is re-verified automatically and drafted into a work-complete email. That is on every plan.

On Agency Pro and Agency Empire the deal can graduate into a client under Clients: Client Command, monthly proof-of-value reports, client portals, Review Guard, Upsell Radar and Ring Proof call tracking are on those 2 plans only.

Later, Monitored Markets (every plan) claims territories, rescans them weekly and alerts you to buying windows. Each of those scans is a full live search, so it uses 1 of your monthly searches exactly like a search you run yourself. The higher plans add 5 team seats, your own domain on your public pages, your own logo and accent colour, and the removal of the Powered by Legiit Leads credit (Agency Pro and Agency Empire), plus SaaS Mode (Agency Empire). If your account already has a logo or an accent colour saved, it stays yours on whatever plan you are on and you can still change it. Setting one for the first time needs Agency Pro or Agency Empire.

Good to know

  • The sidebar lists the pages in roughly this order: New Search, Outreach Queue, Pipeline and Clients, with Monitored Markets between them.
  • A new account runs its first real search inside the onboarding wizard, so your first login shows leads instead of an empty screen. That first campaign drafts sequences for your top 5 leads with an email address and adds the proof page link to each opener.
