What is the Win Wire on my Dashboard?

What you will see

It sits below the 6 stat cards, just above the dark Your hunting so far strip, and shows the label Win Wire followed by up to 4 lines like this one:

An agency closed a $1,200 plumber deal 3h ago

• The amount is in bold, with the symbol of the currency the deal was priced in.
• The category is the business type of the lead that was won, in lower case.
• The time is in hours under 24 hours (3h ago) and in days after that (2d ago), never less than 1h ago.

Nothing identifies the agency or the business.

How it works

1. When a deal is won, a win is recorded with its category, value and currency.
2. The Dashboard asks for the 20 most recent wins from the last 30 days, newest first.
3. Wins with a value of 0 are dropped.
4. If fewer than 3 wins are left, the strip stays hidden. Otherwise the Dashboard shows the 4 most recent.

A deal enters the wire in 2 ways:

• A prospect accepts your proposal on their proof page (a free accept, or a paid accept once the Stripe payment is verified). The lead is marked Won and the win is recorded at the proposal total, in the proposal's currency.
• You move a lead to Won yourself, for example on the Pipeline board. The win uses the accepted proposal total if there is one, otherwise the lead's score times 8 as a USD estimate.

A lead that is already Won is not recorded again when you edit it later.

Good to know

• The wire is platform-wide, so it can show other agencies' wins before you have closed anything yourself.
• It disappears again whenever fewer than 3 wins from the last 30 days qualify, and comes back on its own once there are enough.
• If the wins cannot be loaded, the strip is hidden and nothing else on the Dashboard is affected.
