How do I place a Legiit order for a won deal without leaving the app?

Before you start

• Connect Legiit in Settings. The account owner connects a Legiit API token in the Legiit Marketplace card in Settings. Until then, the Fulfillment Bridge shows Order Without Leaving The App with a link to Settings instead of the order panel. Team members see a note asking the account owner to connect it. • Put money in your Legiit wallet. Orders are paid from your wallet on legiit.com, always in US dollars. This is separate from anything your client pays you, for example through your own Stripe. The wallet is what pays the seller.
• Generate the freelancer brief first (recommended). The saved brief is attached to every order, so write it before you place them. See how to generate the freelancer brief.

Steps

1. Open the won deal, for example by clicking its card in the Won column of the Pipeline, and scroll to the Fulfillment Bridge: deal won, now outsource the work box.
2. Find the Order On Legiit From Here panel. Your balance shows at the top right as Wallet: followed by the amount in US$.
3. On legiit.com, open the service you want and copy the address of its page. The service links higher up on the lead are a quick way to find one.
4. Paste the address into the box that says Paste the exact Legiit service URL (find one via the links above).
5. Click Check. When Legiit recognises the service, the button changes to ✓ Found and the service's name appears with a package menu.
6. Pick a package. Each option shows the package name, its price in US$ and, when the seller gives one, the delivery time in days, for example Standard · US$120 · 5d. The first package is selected to start with.
7. To order more services for the same deal, click + Add Another Service and repeat steps 3 to 6. Remove a line you do not want with its ✕ button.
8. Click the place button. It counts the services you checked and totals their prices, for example Place 2 Orders (US$180). It reads Placing… while the orders go through.

When it finishes, the panel says how many orders were placed, for example 2 orders placed. Each order is listed at the top of the panel with its status, its Legiit order number and the amount in US$. Once Legiit has sent the order's link, a View On Legiit → link appears too.

Limits and safeguards

• Up to 10 orders per batch. For more, place the first 10, then add the rest and place them as a second batch.
• The wallet must cover the batch. If the total is more than your balance, the balance turns amber, the place button stays disabled and the panel shows how much the wallet has and how much the batch needs. Add funds on legiit.com, then reload the page and open the deal again so the panel reads your new balance.
• Retries do not double charge. If placing is interrupted, for example your connection drops, click the place button again without changing the lines. Any order that already went through is recognised and not charged twice.
• Only won deals. The panel is part of the Fulfillment Bridge, which only appears on leads marked Won.

What the seller receives

Every order goes to the seller with these requirements filled in:

• The business name, website, location, industry and phone number from the lead.
• The problems the live audit verified, and the business's Google rating with its review count.
• Your saved freelancer brief, under Full work brief:.
• Your agency name, with a request to deliver everything through the order's chat on Legiit.

After the orders are placed

As soon as at least 1 order in the batch goes through, Legiit Leads marks the deal as ordered for you. The Mark Ordered on Legiit button changes to ✓ Ordered on Legiit, the deal's card in the Won column changes to ✓ Fulfilled on Legiit, Delivery Autopilot starts re-checking the client's site and, if you have not claimed the one-time $50 credit yet, the First fulfillment on us: claim your $50 credit box appears (once you have claimed it, that spot shows the state of your claim instead). You only click Mark Ordered on Legiit yourself for orders you placed outside the app, and a deal is only ever counted as ordered once, however many batches you place on it.
