How do I accept a Legiit delivery or ask the seller for changes?
When the seller marks the work delivered, you get an email and the order changes in the Order On Legiit From Here panel on the won deal: it shows the seller's note, any files they attached, and an Accept Delivery and a Request Revision button. Accept Delivery completes the order on Legiit. Request Revision asks you what to change and sends that to the seller.
Steps
- Open the won deal, for example by clicking its card in the Won column of the Pipeline, and scroll to the Fulfillment Bridge: deal won, now outsource the work box.
- Find the order in the Order On Legiit From Here panel. A delivered one is highlighted and shows the seller's note in quotes.
- Open any attachments. Each file is listed with a paperclip and its filename, and opens in a new tab. A file shown as plain grey text came through without a link, so open the order on Legiit to get it.
- To approve it, click Accept Delivery. The order moves to
completed. - To send it back, click Request Revision. A box asks What should the seller change? Type what you want changed and confirm. The order moves to
in revision.
If something goes wrong, a red line appears under the buttons with the reason.
Good to know
- Both buttons only work on a delivered order. If the order has moved on since the page was opened, you see You can only accept an order that is delivered. or You can only request a revision on a delivered order. Reopen the deal to see where the order actually is.
- A revision needs a message. Leaving the box empty, or clicking cancel, drops the request and nothing is sent to the seller.
- Doing nothing still closes the order. As the Delivered email says, orders you do not review complete on their own once the marketplace's timer runs out. Review it if you want a revision.
- Accepting does not change the deal. Delivery Autopilot keeps re-checking the client's site on its own schedule, and the client delivery page updates from those checks, not from the order being accepted.
The statuses you can see
Each order shows its status next to the service name, with its Legiit order number, the amount in US$ and, once Legiit has sent the link, View On Legiit →.
newandactive: the seller has the order and is working on it.delivered: the work is in, waiting for you.in revision: you asked for changes and the seller is making them.completed: accepted, or closed by the marketplace's timer.cancelled: cancelled on Legiit. Check the order page for the reason and your wallet for any refund.on hold: paused on Legiit.disputed: the order is in dispute and is handled on the Legiit order page.
What reaches you by email
These go to the account's own email address, so a team seat sees them in the app rather than the inbox.
- A delivery: the subject starts with a parcel and reads
Delivered:followed by the service, with a Review The Delivery button that opens your Pipeline. - A message from the seller: Open The Order Chat takes you to the order. Replies happen on Legiit itself, not in Legiit Leads.
- A cancellation or a dispute: both have an Open The Order button.
Legiit Leads mirrors what the marketplace tells it, and double-checks any order that is not finished once a day as a safety net. If a status here looks behind, View On Legiit → always shows the live one.
