How do I generate and copy the freelancer brief for a Legiit order?

Steps

1. Open the won deal, for example by clicking its card in the Won column of the Pipeline.
2. Scroll to the Fulfillment Bridge: deal won, now outsource the work box. It only appears on leads marked Won.
3. Click ✦ Generate Freelancer Brief. The button reads Writing brief… while the AI works.
4. Read the brief in the box at the bottom of the Fulfillment Bridge. A long brief scrolls inside the box.
5. Click Copy Brief for Legiit Order. The button shows ✓ Copied for a moment.
6. On legiit.com, paste the brief into the order's requirements when you order the service.

What the brief is written from

• The lead's audit. The business name, category, location, Google rating, website and the problems the audit found, with the evidence behind them. Findings you removed as inaccurate are left out.
• The services for this lead. The services listed under Fulfill on Legiit on the lead, which are matched to its problems.
• Your agency name, the Company Name in the Your Agency card in Settings.

What the brief looks like

The brief is plain text in 4 numbered parts, under 350 words:

1. A short paragraph about the client's business.
2. The scope for each service, with concrete deliverables tied to the audit findings.
3. Acceptance criteria you can check yourself without technical knowledge.
4. The access and files the seller should ask you for.

Changing the brief

• Once a brief exists, the button changes to Regenerate Freelancer Brief. Clicking it writes a fresh brief and replaces the saved one.
• The brief cannot be edited inside Legiit Leads. If you want to change the wording, edit it after you paste it into the order on Legiit.
• The brief stays saved on the lead, so it is still there the next time you open the deal.

Orders placed from inside the app

Orders placed from the Order On Legiit From Here panel attach the saved brief for you. The seller receives it under Full work brief: in the order requirements, along with the business details from the audit, so there is nothing to copy. Generate the brief before you place those orders: an order that has already been placed keeps the requirements it was sent with, even if you regenerate the brief later. If it does not work

If the brief cannot be written, a red message under the Fulfillment Bridge says why. Wait a minute and click the button again.
