What does Mark Ordered on Legiit do?

Steps

1. Open the won deal, for example by clicking its card in the Won column of the Pipeline.
2. Scroll to the Fulfillment Bridge: deal won, now outsource the work box. It only appears on leads marked Won.
3. Click Mark Ordered on Legiit in the row of buttons under the order panel.

The button changes to ✓ Ordered on Legiit. Clicking it does not place or pay for anything on Legiit. It only records that the work is ordered.

What one click does

• Pipeline card: the deal's card in the Won column changes from → Needs fulfillment to ✓ Fulfilled on Legiit.
• Service list: up to 4 of the services Legiit Leads suggests for the lead's problems are saved as the job's service list, in place of whatever was on that list before. Your client sees them under Work ordered on the client delivery page. On a deal won through a proposal your prospect accepted, these suggested services take the place of that proposal's line items.
• Before snapshot: if the lead does not have one yet, Legiit Leads keeps a copy of the site's current audit as the "before" picture. Later checks and the client delivery page are compared against it.
• Delivery Autopilot: starts re-checking the client's live site about every 2 days, as long as the lead has a website and stays in Won. See what Delivery Autopilot watches.

Ordering in the app or on legiit.com

• On legiit.com: after you place the order there, come back to the lead and click Mark Ordered on Legiit. Legiit Leads has no other way of knowing about that order.
• From the Order On Legiit From Here panel: as soon as at least 1 order in a batch goes through, the deal is marked as ordered for you and the button already reads ✓ Ordered on Legiit, so there is nothing to click. Ordering from the panel does not save a work list of its own. If the deal was won through a proposal your prospect accepted, that proposal's line items are already the work list your client sees under Work ordered on the delivery page. If there was no proposal, the delivery page leaves that box out.

Undoing it

Click ✓ Ordered on Legiit to undo. The button goes back to Mark Ordered on Legiit, the Pipeline card goes back to → Needs fulfillment, Delivery Autopilot stops re-checking the site and the credit box is hidden.

• The before snapshot is kept, so marking the deal again later does not replace it.
• The Work ordered list is saved again on this click, from the services Legiit Leads suggests for the lead's problems as they stand now, in place of whatever was on that list. Problems already fixed have dropped off that list, so it can come back shorter, and line items from a proposal your prospect accepted are replaced rather than restored.
• A $50 credit claim you already sent is not affected.
