What is Delivery Autopilot and what does it watch?

When it starts

Delivery Autopilot watches a deal when all of these are true:

• The lead is in the Won column of your Pipeline.
• The lead has a website.
• The deal is marked as ordered: you clicked Mark Ordered on Legiit, or an order you placed from the Order On Legiit From Here panel went through. See what Mark Ordered on Legiit does.

The problems it watches are the lead's Detected Problems in the before snapshot of the site. That snapshot is saved at whichever comes first: the prospect accepting your proposal, the deal being marked ordered, or your first click on Copy Client Delivery Page. Findings you removed under Something not accurate? are left out.

How often it checks

About every 2 days. Checks run in small hourly batches, so one can land a little later than exactly 2 days. The first check runs in one of the hourly batches after the deal is marked ordered. Each check also updates the lead's problems and opportunity score, so the lead, its proof page and the client delivery page show the same results.

The emails you get

Both emails go to the email address on your account. Nothing is sent to your client.

• A fix is verified: when a check finds problems fixed that were not fixed before, you get an email whose subject starts with ✅ Fixed at, then the business name and the problem (with +N more when several were fixed at once). Its Open the Delivery Page Link button opens the lead in your Pipeline, where you can copy the client delivery page.
• Everything is fixed: when every original problem is gone, you get an email whose subject ends with every ordered fix is verified live, with an Open the Lead button. Checking stops at that point.

The Delivery Autopilot box

After the first check, a Delivery Autopilot box appears in the Fulfillment Bridge on the won lead.

• While it is watching, it reads Watching the live site about every 2 days, followed by how many fixes are verified so far and the time of the last check.
• Once every original problem is fixed, it reads Every originally-detected problem is verified fixed, with the date.
• Once the draft is written, you also see Work-complete email drafted: with its subject. The draft is written to state the wins, mention the before-and-after report, ask for a short testimonial or Google review and suggest one next step if the site still has room to improve. Copy Email copies the body so you can paste it into your own email and add your client delivery page link.

Good to know

• Delivery Autopilot re-checks the website, not the Google listing. Few Google reviews, Low star rating and Incomplete GBP are not re-checked by it, so while one of those is still on the lead, you get the fix emails for the website but not the all-clear or the drafted email.
• Clicking ✓ Ordered on Legiit to undo the order, or moving the deal out of Won, stops the checks.
