Why don't I see any live Legiit marketplace cards on a lead?
The Live from the Legiit marketplace block only appears when the Legiit marketplace sends back at least one service for the lead's first problem. It stays hidden when the lead has no detected problems, or when the Legiit lookup takes longer than 15 seconds, fails or comes back empty. No error message is shown, and the catalog service cards below still appear, so you always have a Legiit link to work from.
Why the block is hidden
- The lead has no detected problems. There is nothing to look up. With no problems the catalog list is empty too, and the section reads No mapped services for this lead's signals.
- Legiit took longer than 15 seconds to answer. Legiit Leads stops waiting and hides the block.
- Legiit answered with an error. The block is hidden rather than showing an error.
- Legiit had no services for that search. Only listings with a title and a link are shown, so if none come back the block stays hidden.
What to do
- Use the catalog cards under Fulfill on Legiit: sell it, outsource it, keep the margin. Each one links to a Legiit category or search page for a problem on the lead.
- Open the lead again later. If Legiit was slow or returned an error, it is asked again the next time the lead opens. If Legiit simply had no services for that problem type, that empty answer is kept for up to 6 hours before Legiit is asked again.
- On a won deal, you can still order any available Legiit service by pasting its link into the ordering panel. See How do I place a Legiit order for a won deal without leaving the app?
Good to know
- It is not a plan limit. Live cards are looked up on every plan.
- It does not depend on your Legiit connection. The live cards work whether or not you have connected your Legiit account in Settings.
- Only the first problem is looked up. If that problem's search comes back empty, the other problems on the lead are not tried. See How does Legiit Leads choose the live marketplace services?
