Why don't I see any live Legiit marketplace cards on a lead?

Why the block is hidden

• The lead has no detected problems. There is nothing to look up. With no problems the catalog list is empty too, and the section reads No mapped services for this lead's signals.
• Legiit took longer than 15 seconds to answer. Legiit Leads stops waiting on that problem's lookup.
• Legiit answered with an error. Nothing is shown for that problem rather than an error message.
• Legiit had no services for those searches. Only listings with a title and a link are shown, so if none come back the block stays hidden.

Fewer cards than you expected

A lead can show up to 6 cards: at most 2 for each of its first 3 problems. Fewer is normal. A lead with 1 or 2 problems has fewer searches to draw on, and one lookup can fail while the others work. The same service is also never shown twice on one lead, and some problems are looked up with the same Legiit search, so when two of the first 3 problems share a search and that search comes back with fewer than 4 services, the later problem gets fewer cards.

What to do

1. Use the catalog cards under Fulfill on Legiit: sell it, outsource it, keep the margin. Each one links to a Legiit category or search page for a problem on the lead.
2. Open the lead again later. If Legiit was slow or returned an error, it is asked again the next time the lead opens. If Legiit simply had no services for that problem type, that empty answer is kept for up to 6 hours before Legiit is asked again.

Good to know

• It is not a plan limit. Live cards are looked up on every plan.
• It does not depend on your Legiit connection. The live cards work whether or not you have connected your Legiit account in Settings.
• Only the first 3 problems are looked up. Problems further down the lead's list are not tried, so a lead can have plenty of problems and still show few cards. See How does Legiit Leads choose the live marketplace services?
